Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Parkinson’s Disease With Deficient Myeloid Depression By Modified Jingjing Zhushenxin Decoction

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Bujing Zengsui Shengxin Decoction in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease.Method:In this study,60 patients with Parkinson’s disease who were eligible for TCM syndrome were enrolled in the study.They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 patients in each group.In terms of treatment,the treatment group was treated with Bujing Zengsui shengxin Decoction combined with Dopasui Tablets,and the control group was treated with Dopasui Tablets.The treatment period was 9 weeks.The TCM Syndrome Scale,the Daily Living Ability Scale(UPDRSII),the Sports Symptom Scale(UPDRSIII),and the Daily Life Quality Scale(PDQ-39)were scored at different times before and after treatment,and the data of the two groups were counted.To analyze the effectiveness of the two groups of treatments,to explore the clinical efficacy of Bujing Zengsui shengxin Decoction in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease.Result:After 9 weeks of treatment,the TCM Syndrome Scale,Daily Living Ability Scale(UPDRSII),Sports Symptom Scale(UPDRSIII),and Daily Life Quality Scale(PDQ-39)were evaluated for the two groups.The clinical symptoms of both groups were improved.With the increase of treatment time,the curative effect was more obvious,and the total effective rate of the two groups was 86.20% in the treatment group and 63.33% in the control group.Significance,indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group.1.TCM syndrome scale score: There was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment was effective.After 3 weeks of treatment,the treatment group and the control group scored,no statistics.Significance(P>0.05);after 6 weeks and 9weeks of treatment,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).2.Daily Living Ability Scale(UPDRSII)score: There was a significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),suggesting that both groups had curative effect;after 3 weeks of treatment,the scores of the two groups were compared(P >0.05),no significant difference;after 6 weeks and 9 weeks of treatment,there was a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).3.Sports function scale(UPDRSIII)score: There was a significant difference between the two groups of patients after treatment compared with before treatment.(P<0.05),suggesting that the treatment has curative effect;after 3 weeks of treatment,the treatment group and the control group scores were compared(P>0.05),there was no significant difference between the two groups;after 6 weeks and 9 weeks of treatment,the scores of both groups were compared.Significant difference(P<0.05).4.Daily Life Quality Scale(PDQ-39)score: There was a significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),suggesting that both groups had curative effect;Statistical analysis was performed,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of Parkinson’s disease with Bujing Zengsui Shengxin Decoction combined with Dopasui Tablets can effectively alleviate the motor symptoms,improve TCM syndromes,improve patients’ quality of life,have better clinical efficacy,and be safe.No side effects.
