| Objective:To apply Danning tablet to the treatment of liver stagnation and qi stagnation pancreatitis in order to explore an effective Chinese medicine preparation for treating liver stagnation and qi stagnation pancreatitis.It is hoped that this medicine can play a dominant role in relieving clinical symptoms,shortening treatment time.Methods:60 patients with liver stagnation and qi stagnation pancreatitis were collected according to the criteria of diagnosis and inclusion.According to the method of random control group,30 patients were divided into treatment group and 30 patients in control group.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine,with7 days as a course of treatment,continuous observation and recording of two courses of treatment.Treatment group: on the basis of routine treatment,add Danning tablets(Shanghai and Huang Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.,Chinese medicine standard word Z10910040,specification :100 tablets,0.36 g per tablet),5 tablets / time,3 times / day,oral or stomach tube into the drug.Through the observation of clinical symptoms and auxiliary examination statistics,analysis to observe the efficacy of Danning tablets.(including abdominal pain,abdominal distension relief time,first defecation time,hospitalization days,Western medicine quantitative laboratory indicators: blood amylase,urine amylase,blood leukocyte count,C reactive protein,etc.).Results:1.During the collection of cases,a total of 59 effective cases were collected,of which0 cases fell off in the treatment group of Danning tablets,and 30 cases were actually observed.Pure western medicine control group shed 1 case,actual observation 29 cases.2.baseline comparison: there was no statistical difference between the two groups:sex,age,TCM symptom score before treatment and various laboratory indexes of western medicine,and the two groups were comparable.3.comparison of the cure rate of TCM symptom score: after 3 days of treatment,the effective rate of treatment was 86.7% in the treatment group and 66.7% in the controlgroup.statistics were carried out,the results showed: P<0.05,there was statistical significance,indicating that the effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group.For 7 days,the effective rate of treatment was 96.7% in the treatment group of Danning tablet and 79.3% in the control group of western medicine.and the results of nonparametric rank sum test in the two groups showed that: P<0.05,it was statistically significant,indicating that the effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.After 14 days of treatment,the effective rate of treatment was 100% in the treatment group and 100% in the control group.and the results of statistical analysis between the two groups showed that: P>0.05,there was no significant difference in the treatment effect after 14 days.Comparison4.the cure rate of symptoms integral of western medicine: for 3 days of treatment,the effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was 86.7%,and the effective rate in the control group was 62.1%.and the results of nonparametric rank sum test in the two groups showed that: P<0.05,it was statistically significant.After 7 days of treatment,the effective rates were 96.7% and 93.1% respectively.A nonparametric rank sum test showed that:P>0.05,no statistical significance,14 days of treatment,the effective rate of both groups was 100%,and there was no significant difference in statistics.It shows that the effective rate of western medicine symptom score in the treatment group of Danning tablet after 3days treatment was higher than that in the control group,and there was no significant difference in treatment for 7 days and 14 days.Conclusion:Through the study on the treatment of liver stagnation and qi stagnation pancreatitis with Danning tablet,it provides a more convenient Chinese patent medicine for the treatment of liver stagnation and qi stagnation pancreatitis,The feasibility of cholangiopancreas treatment was also verified. |
