Professor Fu Xiaojun's Experience In Treating Benxu Syndrome Of Chronic Renal Failure In Early And Middle Stages Based On Data Mining

Objective To analyze the information of the cases of chronic renal failure diagnosed and treated by Professor Fu Xiaojun,and summarize Professor Fu's experience and academic thoughts of treating the deficiency syndrome of chronic renal failure.Methods Collect the information of chronic renal failure cases from October 2016 to December 2018,and use "Epidata V3.1" and "Microsoft Office Excel 2003" to construct database,and use "IBM SPSS Statistics 19" and "Clementine 12.0" to carries out general description analysis and data mining.Results 97 patients and 625 prescriptions were included.Statistical analysis found that 67% of the total patients are aged 31-65 years old and are mainly middle-aged and elderly people.Chronic glomerulonephritis and hypertension with renal damage are the main causes.It can be concluded that the main clinical manifestations of patients are fatigue,weakness of waist and knees,cold at hands and foots,poor stool formation,poor appetite,fear of cold,increased nocturia,foam urine,bitter taste and nausea.Their tongue are mainly red,less red and dark red.According to the frequency statistics of 9740 Chinese medicines included in this study,the most frequently used medicines were huangqi,mirengen,baizhu,fangfeng,chuanxiong,gancao,tufuling,jixuecao,fuling and danshen.The methods of tonifying deficiency,removing dampness,activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis and clearing away heat are commonly used.The four scents and five flavors of high-frequency drugs are mainly "warm,flat,cold","sweet,bitter,acrid".Channel attribution is mainly distributed in the four channels of spleen,liver,kidney and heart.Through Bayesian network analysis,cluster analysis and association rules,combined with Professor Fu'teaching and traditional Chinese medicine knowledge,the commonly used medication groups were: spleen and kidney with Qi and Yang deficiency type:huangqis-baizhu-fangfeng,jixuecao-dansheng,baizhu-cangzhu,ganjiang-huangqin,dangshen-chenpi;spleen and kidney with Qi and Ying deficiency type:mudanpi-dihuang-shanyao-fuling-shanzhuyu,huangqi-baizhu-fangfeng,jixuecao-guijianyu-pufujin,chuanxiong-liuyuexue,longgu-muli;liver and kidney with Ying deficiencytype: huangqi-baizhu-fangfeng,chuanxiong-danshen,hanliancao-nvzhenzi,juhua-gouqiiz;Ying and Yang deficiency type:huangqi-baizhu-fangfeng,bajitian-xianlingpi,chuanxiong-danshen-honghua,tusizi-gouqizi.Conclusion Professor Fu Xiaojun believes that the overall syndrome of chronic renal failure is of deficiency Ben and excessive Biao,and its main treatment is to benefit the Qi and Yang,promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis,and deficiency syndrome is the root of disease and the key to treatment.With the help of data mining technology,focusing on Professor Fu Xiaojun's spleen and stomach view guided by the theory of "central health,four sides health",this study excavates four groups of common medicines for Benxu syndrome,and summarizes Professor Fu Xiaojun's academic thoughts on treating chronic renal failure with Benxu syndrome,which can provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of chronic renal failure.
