Effect Of Collaborative Governance Of Private Medical Institutions In County Areas

Since the launch of a new round of deepening medical reform,the enthusiasm of social medical treatment has been unprecedentedly motivated by a series of encouragement policies.The number of social medical institutions and the number of medical treatments have been growing.At the same time,however,social medical institutions still have some outstanding problems such as small scale,small overall service volume,weak competitiveness,lack of human resources,industry reputation and poor development environment.In the process of vigorously encouraging and supporting the development of medical education in the country,the social health care at the grassroots level,especially in remote areas and poor areas,is not effective,and the implementation of policies is not in place,and the relevant functional departments and hospitals are less involved in the participation of medical practitioners.It has hindered the healthy development of doctors in grassroots society and hindered the improvement of grassroots medical and health service system.According to the development and evolution of the policy,the needs of the era in which the social medical profession requires the coordinated management of all subjects is becoming more and more urgent.This study takes collaborative governance as the theoretical entry point,and uses literature research,questionnaire survey,expert consultation,statistical analysis and other methods,combined with the field research in M County of Hubei Province,analyzes the effect of collaborative governance of county-level social medical institutions and deeply analyzes its causes.Based on the empirical analysis of M County in Hubei Province,the main conclusions are as follows: First,the participation of county governments is relatively low,especially in the efficiency of medical disputes and the credibility of publicity and promotion of social medical institutions.Enhance the recognition and trust of social medical institutions in the public mind;Second,the county-level social medical institutions themselves must continue to develop,enhance their own strength from standardized training,strengthen training,improve the construction of talent teams,and improve the county social office.The soft power of medical institutions;Third,the county needs to strengthen the introduction and attention of third-party mechanisms,play an active role of third-party mechanisms,and focus on strengthening the introduction ofthird-party assessment,inspection,supervision and other mechanisms to improve information disclosure and transparency;The public cultural literacy of the county needs to be improved as a whole.In particular,it is necessary to strengthen public health policy promotion in rural areas,reduce the frequency of disputes or accidents caused by medical information asymmetry,cultivate public volunteerism,and improve the medical literacy of the whole people.On the basis of the above conclusions,it is proposed to give full play to the leading role of the main body of collaborative governance,accelerate the capacity building of collaborative governance objects,accelerate the standardization of collaborative governance mechanisms,and strive to improve the satisfaction of collaborative governance objects.The synergistic effect of social medical treatment is expected to build a “public-centered” county-level social medical management system.This research is based on a large number of existing research results and expert opinions,and scientific index screening and structure optimization from the perspective of subjective and objective,in line with the scientific,rational and operability construction principles of the indicator system,but the index system In the process of construction and analysis,there are still some areas to be improved: First,the indicator system needs to be flexibly applied in combination with local characteristics and different work priorities in order to ensure the scientificity and applicability of the indicator system;The system itself needs to be continuously improved.The number of experts involved in this study still needs to be increased,making the indicator system more scientific and reasonable.The evaluation of the synergistic effect of medical treatment in county-level society has a long way to go,and the evaluation of its synergistic governance effect should also keep pace with the times and require long-term continuous revision and improvement.
