A Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Liver-kidney Yin Deficiency Perimenopausal Syndrome With Modified Zishui Qinggan Potion

Objective:To evaluate the modified Zishui Qinggan potion of perimenopausal syndrome in the treatment of liver-kidney yin deficiency,and to explore its mechanism.Methods:70 patients with perimenopausal syndrome collected from outpatient department were randomly divided into treatment group?35 cases,oral administration of modified Zishui Qinggan potion?and control group?35cases,oral administration of Sixwei Dihuang pills?.In January,it was a course of treatment,and three courses were observed continuously.The changes of clinical symptoms and signs in two groups before and after treatment were observed.The changes of Estradiol?E₂?,Follicle Stimulating Hormone?FSH?and Luteinizing Hormone?LH?before and after treatment were observed.The difference between the treatment group and the control group after treatment was observed.Results:the total clinical effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 94.29%and 74.29%,respectively,and there was a significant difference between the two groups?P<0.05?;After treatment,there was a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in the improvement of the total score of Kupperman and the total score of TCM syndrome before treatment?P<0.05?;There was a significant difference between the two groups?P<0.05?;After treatment,there were significant differences between the two groups of TCM syndrome?P<0.05?except for dizziness and tinnitus,vaginal dryness and chest flank pain;The value of blood FSH and LH fluctuated compared with that before treatment,and E₂ was higher than before treatment,but there was no statistical significance?P>0.05?.Conclusion:modified Zishui Qinggan potion has a good effect in treating perimenopausal syndrome of liver and kidney yin deficiency,it can effectively improve its clinical symptoms and signs,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
