| Objectives: By mean of rubbing ointment of Liuweidihuang to observe the growth and development,the function of the hind limbs and the balance ability of the young cerebral palsy mice aim to explore the efficacy and whether DEC-MRI quantitative parameters have the value of the efficacy in evaluating of CP mice or not.Methods: This experiment was divided into experimental group and control group.The control group was divided into three subgroups including vaseline ointment group,blank control group and model control group.Choosing three days after birth 66 SD mouse,randomly selecting 10 into the blank control group,by permanent ligation of right common carotid artery combined with a temporary systemic hypoxia at 37? remaining 56 SD mouse was prepared for the model of postnatal cerebral hypoxia-ischemia and used the experiment of righting reflex to verify whether models is success or not.After get rid of total 26 young rats including molding failure and growth of die,using computer generated random number of random method,30 successful model were divided into Liuweidihuang group,vaseline ointment group,and model control group,10 in each group.Four groups of mice were given the same feeding method in the same temperature and humidity environment.Rubbing ointment of Liuweidihuang group and rubbing ointment of petroleum jelly group have given a 28 consecutive days of spinal massage after molding,1 time per day,15 min each time.Ointment of Liuweidihuang used for Rubbing ointment of Liuweidihuang group and ointment of petroleum jelly used for rubbing ointment of petroleum jelly group.The blank control group and the model group were not treated.To observe and record weight changes,eyes and ears opening time of CP mice in each group.P21 the motor function and balance ability of the mice were tested in tilting plate test and Beam Balance Test(BBT).P33 using in Conventional MRI and Dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI,the mice were measured where were region of interests,transfer constant,rate constant and EES volume fraction on quantitative analysis software and comparing the differences between the four groups in each group to explore correlation of each value.Results:(1)The weight gained,eye-opening and ear opening time of rubbing ointment of Liuweidihuang group advantaged over rubbing ointment of petroleum jelly group and control group(P<0.01,P<0.01,P=0.01),which indicated that rubbing ointment of Liuweidihuang and rubbing ointment of petroleum jelly can promote the growth and development of rats and comparing with the latter,the former is more effective.(2)Rubbing ointment of Liuweidihuang group is higher than rubbing ointment of petroleum jelly group in tilting plate maintenance angles(P<0.01),which indicated that both can promote the function of the hind limbs of rats and the former is more effective.(3)By the balance beam time and the decline of the hind limbs,rubbing ointment of Liuweidihuang group is shorter and fewer than rubbing ointment of petroleum jelly group(P<0.01,P<0.01),which manifest that both can enhance the balance ability of rats and the former is more effective.(4)The region of interest in site 1 and 2,the Ktrans mean values of CP mouse which were rubbed ointment in ointment of Liuweidihuang group and ointment of petroleum jelly were better than blank control group and control group,which indicated both can improve the ability of the contrast agent to leak out of the blood vessel to the outer space of the blood vessel.Conclusions:(1)Rubbing ointment of Liuweidihuang can improve the ability of the growth and development of CP mice.(2)Rubbing ointment of Liuweidihuang can improve and enhance balance ability and the ability of the functional development of the hind limbs.(3)The Ktrans value in DEC-MRI quantitative parameters may have a tendency to evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of CP mice,but it is still in the needing of expanding sample sizes to verify. |
