Clinical Research On The Treatment Of Spasticaparalysis By Ointment Rubbing Combined With Rehabilitation

Objective:To observe the influences of ointment rubbing combined with rehabilitation training on ointment rubbing and affected side lower extremity function when treated for the stroke patients with post stroke spastic foot drop,as to find a new new kind of composite treatment for spastic foot drop.Methods:68 cases with diagnosed post-stroke spastic foot drop treated in yantai rehabilitation of hospital of TCM from December 2014 to September 2014 were selected.All the patients divided into control group and treatment group according to the random number table,the control group had 32 cases,treatment group had 36 cases.Treatment group patients were divided into M1 group(level 1),M2 group(?1+level)from light to heavy according to the MAS classification.Control group patients adopted the comprehensive rehabilitation training method,six times a week,45 min each time.Treatment group patients treated with ointment rubbing combined with rehabilitation training,except the comprehensive rehabilitation training,added the ointment rubbing for 30 min,6 times a week,keep the treatment for 3 months.Both groups patients were all accepted stroke recovery routine drug treatment.Both groups patients were tested with lower limb FMA ability,modified Ashworth grading assessment,ankle passive ROM Angle before and 3 months after the treatment.Results: The comparison of the two groups before and after the treatment:Leg triceps muscle tension MAS scores 3 months after treatment were decreased compared the scores before treatment,the decrease of MAS scores in the treatment group were more remarkable than control group after the treatment.with statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).1.The comparison of lower limbs FMA scores of two groups before and after the treatment:lower limbs functions FMA scores when 3 months after treatment were increased compared the scores before treatment,the increase of FMA scores in the treatment group were more remarkable than control group after the treatment.with statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).2.The comparison of ankle ROM scores of two groups before and after the treatment:ankle ROM scores when 3 months after treatment were increased compared the scores before treatment,the increase of ROM scores in the treatment group were more remarkable than control group after the treatment.with statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).3.The comparison M1,M2 group 3 months after the treatment:The differences of leg triceps muscle tension MAS scores between M1 and M2 group when 1 months after treatment had no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),The differences of leg triceps muscle tension MAS scores between M1 and M2 group when 1 months after treatment were higher,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)The ointment rubbing combined with rehabilitation training and comprehensive rehabilitation training can effectively promote the rehabilitation of spasm after stroke.(2)The ointment rubbing method is better than rehabilitation training method.(3)Spasm relieving ? limb function's improvement ? joint range of motion's improvement is negatively related to the initial degree of muscle spasm,that is the lower the initial spasm of muscle tension,the better of the effect after the treatment.
