| Objective:To extract the explicit characteristics of the subconscious behavior of the abnormal state of the "soul",make the observation table of the consciousness behavior under the "five gods" theory of traditional Chinese medicine,formulate the standard of clinical information collection,excavate the influence of the basic clinical information on the subconscious behavior of the "soul" abnormality and the "soul",and explore the "five gods" of the "spirit" abnormal three of the Chinese medicine.The main clinical manifestations of the subconscious behavior at the level("too strong spirit","inadequacy of soul and machine")and "soul and machine confusion")are the main clinical manifestations,and the essence of "soul" disease is seized through the appearance of external conscious behavior,and the source of mental and psychological behavior diseases is traced out,and the "spirit" elements of the "five gods" of traditional Chinese medicine are explained in depth.The purpose of this study is to provide an objective diagnostic tool for psychosocial behavior disorders.Method:1.literature research method: Consult ancient literature database and CNKI database,famous behavioral psychology monograph at home and abroad,"Chinese clinical common symptom Terminology Standard" and so on.2.survey method: 60 cases of clinical trials and 400 clinical observations were carried out.This clinical survey retracted 437 complete observation tables(99 "normal",110 "strong and strong",119 "lack of courage",109 "courage and machine confusion"),excluding 23.3.observation method: the investigator trained by the system used the four diagnoses of "watching,hearing,asking and cutting" in traditional Chinese medicine,and observing,collecting and recording the subconscious behavior information of the subjects with the observation table of consciousness behavior under the "five gods" theory of Chinese medicine.4.quantitative research method: Excel table frequency analysis and SPSS20.0 chi square test were used for statistical analysis.5.interdisciplinary research method: the use of traditional Chinese medicine,behavioral psychology,statistics and other interdisciplinary research methods.6.information research method: according to the information theory,system theory and the principle of "surmise in the outside" of the Chinese medicine,the method of studying the function of the whole body of the human body is studied by clinical information.Result:1.get the observation table of subconscious behavior of "five gods" theory and "soul" factor(see Appendix 2),and draw up a specification for clinical information collection(see Appendix 3).2.statistics on the frequency of subconscious behavior of "soul" and "soul".The top five high frequencies were: tongue(105),excessive vigilance,uneasiness(99),green tendon exposure,acute irritability(95),eye sudden,mydriasis,extension of the blink interval(85),visual hallucination or auditory hallucination(80),and the top five of the high frequency of "lack of courage" were tongue shortening(106).He was frightened and frightened(99),the reaction was slow(90),the skin was wrong(88),and it was 80,and the top five in the state of "soul and machine confusion" were: speech disorder(100),shortness of breath(99),no cold and warm(95),night diuresis,occasional enuresis(88),lethargy(88),sleepiness(88),drowsiness(88),drowsiness(88)87);the normal state of the "boll" was frequently concentrated in the tongue coating pulse,and the other items were less than 4 times,and the other items were ignored,of which the tongue was dark red,the moss was greasy(40),the vein fine(41),the tongue thin moss less(38),the weak pulse(37),the tongue red crimson,the moss thick(35),and the vein string slippery(36).(the related data are shown in figure 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8)3.the basic clinical data affect the normal subconscious behavior of "soul" and "soul" as follows:There was no obvious difference in gender distribution: the state of "soul and machine confusion" had no obvious difference.The proportion of men in the state of "strong spirit and Qi" was obviously more than that of women,and the proportion of women in the state of "lack of courage" was more than that of men,so the subconscious behavior of "soul" abnormality was different in the sex distribution.There is no obvious difference in age distribution.There is no obvious difference between "courage and normal".The state of "strong spirit and Qi" is more common in the state of < 45 years of age.The state of "lack of courage" is more than 60 years old,and the state of "soul and machine confusion" is 45-59 years old,so the subconscious behavior of "soul" abnormality is significantly different in different ages.Urban and rural distribution: the "normal" is not related to the distribution of urban and rural areas.The urban dwellers are mainly urban residents with the "lack of courage" and "strong spirit".The "soul and machine confusion" is dominated by townships and townships,so the subconscious behavior of the "spirit" is different in the distribution of urban and rural areas.4.The normal subconscious behavior of "soul" and "soul" are not related to history of alcohol and drink,past history,marital status and education level.(for the related data see table 1,2,3,4,5,6,7)Conclusion:The observation table of consciousness behavior under the "five gods" theory of "spirit" can be used in the comprehensive assessment of the abnormal state of the "soul",to guide the clinical collection of four diagnosis data,and to have the diagnostic value of "simple and cheap",and to provide the basis for the objective diagnosis and treatment of mental and psychological diseases under the guidance of "five gods of traditional Chinese medicine".The subconscious behavior of "strong spirit" is mainly manifested in overreaction,emotional irritability,hyperactivity of digestion and reproduction,and the increase of eyes,tongue and ear.The subconscious behavior of "lack of courage" is mainly manifested by slow reaction,fear of fear,skin nail error,and low recovery function of digestion and reproduction.And the special manifestations of eyes,tongue and nose were increased;the subconscious behavior of the state of "soul and machine confusion" was mainly expressed as speech disorder,no cold and warm,sleepy,abnormal respiratory function,disuse of digestive and reproductive function,and the change of head and small movements.The subconscious behavior of the abnormal state of "soul" is related to the distribution of age,sex distribution and urban and rural distribution,and has nothing to do with the history of tobacco and wine,the past history,the marital status and the degree of education.The change of subconscious behavior in a "super strong" state is more common in urban residents aged 45 years than in females.The change of consciousness and behavior in "insufficient use" is more common in urban residents aged over 60 years old,with more women than men.The subconscious behavior change in "state of confusion" is more common among rural residents aged 45-59 years old.The subconscious behavior of abnormal state of "five gods" in Chinese medicine has significant difference among different subjects.Male is mainly caused by changes in reproductive function,digestive function and reaction.Tongue fur has certain regularity and can be used as auxiliary diagnosis. |
