Objective:In the research we reviewed the modern reference and ancient literature.Based on to evaluate the clinical efficacy,safety of Xingshenkaiyu Soul treating ischemic-PSD with clinical randomized double blinde controlled research,and build the foundation for the Xingshenkaiyu Soul further development research.Methods:Randomly divide 60 Patients with ischemic-PSD into two groups according to stochastic tables which the treatment group included 30 patients and the control group included 30 patients.The treatment group with the Xingshenkaiyu Soul,the control group simulates the medicinal preparation treatment with Jiaweiyueju Soul.Before treatment and after the treatment,the3^th,6^thweekend, by does unknown the circumstances of the matter to the patients and participates in the related psychology examination meter use has trained fixed doctor to contrasted the quantificat scores of symptoms in Chinese medicine and the scores of HAMD in order to analyze the curative effect and indication of Xingshenkaiyu Soul and Jiaweiyueju Soul treating ischemic-PSD.After the experiment had ended,we counts the software establishment data base withSPSS 15.0,carries on the statistical analysis,is clear about the treatment group and control group' s final outcome.Results:The clinical result showed that the total effective rate of 6^th weekend was 86.7%,93.3%,96.7%in treatment group and 63.3%,73.33%, 76.7%in control group assessing by the HAND,Chinese medicine criteria and MESS,which has too much difference between in two groups(P < 0.05),while the rate of 3^th weekend between the two groups has not too much difference between in(P> 0.05).That proved the Xingshenkaiyu Soul has better effect than the Jiaweiyueju Soul and has no toxic and side effect.Conclusions:1.Both heart and brain dominating mental activities,while heart dominating mental activities including of dominating brain mind, heart(inanarrowsense)mind,livermood,spleenidea,lung soul,kinnedy will;what' s more,there is too much connections between brain mind and Wuzang minds.2.Deficiency of vital Qi and depression of mind is the most basic pathogenesis of the ischemic-PSD,while the stagnation of Qi-movement is the most important part and the congulation of brain collateral is the base of it.According to the pathogenesis,we build the therapeutic rules of Xingshenkaiyu,tonify vital Qi and reinforce Ben,and keep the rule of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis from begining to the end.Under the rules we build the Xingshenkaiyu Soul treating ischemic-PSD.3.Two groups used the formula coordinating conventional west medicine to treat just right for the illess.And the clinical observation indicate that this method is curative affirmed,improving patient's depressed symptoms,symptom,reducing complication occurance and the patient's pain,enhancing the quality of the patient's life,and security,economy,simuctaneouslyandso on.4.The Rule and Soul of Xingshenkaiyu have further predominance than pure rule of Xingqijieyu and the Jiaweiyueju Soul,and drug efficacy safe is reliable,providing the beneficial reference for us to treat ischemic-PSD.
