| Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Zhengxintai recipe in treating qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease in order to find out the effective prescription which can improve stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease and improve the quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease on the basis of routine treatment measures of western medicine.Ease the patient's pain.Methods: Sixty patients with angina pectoris who met the standard were selected from our hospital.They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group was only treated with standard western medicine for 4 weeks as a course of treatment and a course of treatment.The clinical efficacy of Zhengxintai prescription was observed by comparing the scores of symptoms and electrocardiogram of traditional Chinese medicine before and after treatment.Result: 1.There was no significant difference in the improvement of ECG between the two groups after treatment(P > 0.05).2.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33 and that of the control group was 76.7.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving TCM symptoms(P < 0.05).3.There were significant differences in frequency of angina pectoris attack,degree of restricted physical activity,stable state of angina pectoris and treatment satisfaction between the two groups(P < 0.01).There was no significant difference in the improvement of disease cognition between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion:The quality of life of patients can be significantly improved by using traditional Chinese medicine Zhengxintai recipe combined with standardized treatment of western medicine,and it is worth popularizing and applying in clinic. |
