| Objective: This study is based on the "12th Five-Year" science and technology support projects--Based on the combination of disease and syndrome clinical study of reducing cardiovascular events in stable coronary heart disease,aimed at stable coronary heart disease the key people with coronary heart disease quality of life scale to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Yugengtongyu Decoction in treatment of patients with coronary heart disease stable fine short period of qi deficiency and blood stasis.To improve the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine intervention CHD stable period,reduce the incidence of cardiovascular disease,improve the quality of life of patients.Methods: 60 patients with stable coronary heart disease(CHD)were randomly divided into three groups: disease control group,intervention group and placebo group.Respectively with Academician Chen Ke ji experience Yu-geng-tong-yu Decoction and administrating placebo based on conventional therapy,treatment for 1 months.According to the case report of the pre designed table(case report form,CRF ACE)the whole collection of follow-up,and collected before and after the treatment of general information,the effect factors,the level of serum HS-CRP,echocardiography,platelet aggregation,blood lipid,Seattle angina scale,TCM syndrome,ECG and total index index.(random subjects have the same opportunities to enter the experimental group or control group;placebo drugs: no treatment effect of drugs,dosage form,color,taste and the same drugs).The study mainly included the randomized treatment period.The TCM syndromes and quality of life were observed before and after treatment.Results:1.ECG curative effect: the two groups after treatment in ECG improvement on the same effect.2.TCM syndrome curative effect: the total effective rate of TCM syndrome was 76.67% in the control group and the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05)().TCM syndrome score: two groups after treatment of TCM syndrome score before treatment were significantly decreased(P < 0.01);between the two groups after treatment of TCM syndrome integral comparison,there are significant differences in the chest tightness,shortness of breath,sweating,insomnia,dry mouth symptoms(P < 0.01),chills,backache symptoms no difference in dizziness,(P>0.01).3.Quality of life: the two groups of physical activity is limited degree(PL)and angina pectoris(AS),stable angina pectoris(AF),treatment satisfaction(TS),the degree of disease cognition(DP)before and after treatment,there were significant differences(P < 0.01),between the two groups of physical activity is limited degree(PL)and angina pectoris(AS),stable angina pectoris(AF),treatment satisfaction(TS)difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01),there is no significant difference among two groups of disease cognitive level(P>0.01).Conclusion: Yu-geng-tong-yu decoction combined with administrating standardized anti coronary heart disease treatment program in improving electrocardiogram,improve the TCM syndrome and improve the quality of life has obvious curative effect. |
