The Clinical Research On Zhiqiaozhusan Improving The Life Quality Of Patients Of Precordial Pain With Coronary Heart Disease In Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective: This research chooses Zhi-qiao-zhu-san for treatment in patients of Precordial Pain with Coronary Heart Disease in qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,through the patients' symptoms and electrocardiogram changes to evaluate the clinical curative effect,using the Seattle Angina Questionnaire(Seattle Angina Questionnaire,SAQ)and the 36-item shot-form health status survey(SF-36)to investigate and study the life quality of patients,then we summarize the factors of influencing patients in qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.Methods: Selecting 60 patients meeting the standards of Precordial Pain with Coronary Heart Disease in qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,using the methods of randomization,patients were divided into two groups: the treatment group and control group,and each group includes 30 cases.The treatment group was treated by Zhi-qiao-zhu-san combined with Western medicine standardized treatment programs of angina pectoris,while the control group was given simple standardized treatment programs of angina pectoris.Treatment duration is a month in this research.The changes of electrocardiogram,TCM syndromes and quality of life were observed before and after the treatment.Results:1.The therapeutic effect on electrocardiogram: In control group,the total effective rate was 76.67%,the significant efficiency was 36.67%,and the effective rate was 40.00%.In the test group,the total effective rate was 83.33%,the significant efficiency was 43.33%,and the effective rate was 40.00%.There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the groups(P>0.05).2.TCM syndromes curative effect:The difference between the control group and the treatment group was statistically significant in terms of TCM syndromes(P<0.05).After the treatment,scores of TCM syndromes were significantly decreased(P<0.01).From the comparison between groups of scores of TCM syndromes,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Quality of life: In the stability and frequency of angina pectoris dimension and in the mental health dimension,two groups showed differences from the results,thus the test group had a better result than the control group(P<0.01).On the contary,in the 1imitation of body and the comprehension of the illness and the satisfaction of cure dimensions,the two group didn't show any difference after the treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion: The treatment group treated by Zhi-qiao-zhu-san combined with Western medicine standardized treatment programs of angina pectorist has ob-vious curative effect in changing the electrocardiogram,improving TCM syndromes and the quality of life.
