Clinical And Experimental Study Of Chinese Medicine Retains Enema On Chronic Prostatitis Of Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective To determine the therapeutic effects of traditional Chinese medicine retains enema on chronic prostatitis of Qi stagnation and blood stasis.Methods Both the two groups are given oral Qianliekang pills in Methods control group(CG)and treatment group(TG),while the TG is given traditional Chinese medicine retains enema in addition.The NIH-CPSI score,TCM syndromes integral,prostatic conventional and clinical efficacy integral,type of treatment group(TG)side-effects of traditional Chinese medicine retains enema would be oberserved.The levels of IL-4 and IFN-y in blood are measured and the correlation between IL-4,IFN-? and NIH-CPSI score.Result TG improves distinctly in NIH-CPSI score?TCM syndromes integral?prostatic conventional and clinical efficacy integral.TG changed greatly in prostatic lecithin corpuscle and leukocyte integral in EPS.IL-4 correlate negatively with NIH-CPSI score,while IFN-y positvely.Conclusion The retention enema with Chinese medicine in treating chronic prostatitis of qi stagnation and blood stasis type is have certain clinical value.
