Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Wet Blood Stasis Syndrome In Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD Stage 3-4) By Retention Enema Of Shendu Paixi Decoction

Objective:This topic through clinical research,to observe the renal toxicity analysis soup retention enema treatment of chronic kidney disease(CKD3-4)the type of wet type and blood stasis patients clinical symptoms and laboratory indexes related to changes,using randomized,controlled clinical study design,evaluation of curative effect,row poison analysis for kidney soup retention enema to become chronic kidney disease(CKD3-4)provides the basis for effective treatment method,in order to achieve delay renal injury,improve the quality of survival,the purpose of to provide reliable basis for further promote its clinical application.Methods:Cases of this topic research data are from January 2020 to January2021,subject to see a doctor in the Shanxi Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine kidney disease outpatient and inpatient,was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease(CKD3-4)belongs to wet blood stasis syndrome,the 91 patients with this topic included in the standard,according to the principle of randomized divided into44 cases of 47 cases of treatment group and control group,two groups are basic treatment,the treatment group in the foundation treatment on renal toxic analysis soup retention enema treatment and control group in the foundation treatment on oral uric poisonous clear grain,for 8 weeks of treatment,in the eighth weekend compare different changes of two groups of patients,The changes of related laboratory indexes,safety indexes and TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment were observed respectively in the two groups,and the statistical processing of relevant data was conducted to judge the difference in efficacy.Results:1.Through observation,the effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 85.11% and 70% respectively(P<0.05),with statistical significance,indicating that the treatment group has an advantage over the control group in terms of the efficacy of western medicine;2.Through analysis,the effective rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment group and the control group was 85.11% and 75%,respectively(P<0.05),with statistical significance,indicating that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in terms of the efficacy of TCM syndromes;3.Through observation,the total score of TCM syndromes indicated that both the treatment group and the control group showed a decreasing trend in eating less and staying less,body drowsiness and weight,nausea and vomiting after treatment(P<0.05),and the TCM syndrome score in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group after 8 weeks(P<0.05),with statistical significance,indicating that the treatment group had better improvement effect on TCM syndromes than the control group;4.Through analysis,in terms of blood and renal function,SCR,BUN and UA showed a decreasing trend after treatment than before treatment in both groups(P<0.01),and the decrease of SCR level in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group(P<0.05),with statistical significance,which indicated that the therapeutic effect of reducing creatinine in the treatment group was better than that in the control group;5.The 24 h UTP levels in both groups were observed to be lower than before,and the decrease trend in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05),with statistical significance,indicating that the treatment group had a better effect of reducing urinary protein than the control group;6.By analysis,K,Ca,Hb,TG and TCH had no significant changes before and after treatment(P>0.05),there was no statistical significance.Conclusion:1.The clinical efficacy of renal toxin detoxifying decoction retention enema in the treatment of CKD stage 3-4 patients with wet blood stasis was better in the treatment group than in the control group;2.Renal toxin drainage decoction retention enema can delay the renal function injury of CKD stage 3-4 patients with wet blood stasis and improve the quality of life of patients;3.During the test,no obvious toxic and side effects were observed when patients used renal toxin detoxifying soup retention enema,indicating its safety and reliability.
