Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Spleen And Kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrome Of Diarrhea Type Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of dumoxibustion in treating diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-D)spleen and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome,and to explore its mechanism.Methods: According to the random and control principle,60 patients who met the screening criteria were randomly divided into the observation group and 30 patients in the control group.The observation group was treated with moxibustion.The control group received warm acupuncture treatment.To observe the changes of TCM syndromes and safety indicators in the two groups before and after treatment,and to compare and analyze them to evaluate their efficacy and safety.Results:(1)Both the observation group and the control group could significantly improve the clinical symptoms of IBS-D patients(P<0.05 or P<0.01).(2)The clinical effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).(3)In terms of single TCM syndrome differentiation,the clinical effect of the observation group on abdominal pain,diarrhea,chills,knee pain and intestinal singing was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Both groups could significantly improve the symptoms of abdominal distension,fatigue,and loss of appetite(P<0.05 or P<0.01),but there was no difference between the groups(P>0.05).(4)In terms of efficiency,the total effective rate of observation group was 93.33%,higher than 83.33% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(5)In terms of safety,the safety indexes of patients in the observation group and the control group were not significantly abnormal during the treatment period,and no adverse reactions were reported.Conclusion: Du moxibustion therapy for diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome(IBS)-D spleen kidney Yang deficiency syndrome curative effect is distinct,can significantly improve the patient's clinical symptoms and TCM syndrome,improve the patient's quality of life,is worth further promotion in the clinical practice.
