Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Water-fluid-like Deficiency Dry Eye Syndrome By The Combination Of Thermal Moxibustion And Acupuncture

Objective: In view of the liver and kidney deficiency type and aqueous humor lack of dry eye disease characteristics,under the guidance of the basic theory of TCM,according to the pathogenesis of the weakness of qi and blood,blood stasis block,drying in injury to fluid,and used fill gas blood,oneself tonify deficiency of blood and the dryness of the therapeutic principle,establish the thermal moxibustion primarily comprehensive therapy.Appears on two groups of BUT,S I T,corneal staining,and clinical symptoms were observed,to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the treatment,the methods and ideas of the for the treatment of the disease to provide more.Methods: 48 patients with deficiency dry eye of liver and kidney deficiencyand lack of aqueous humor were randomly divided into 24 patients with 48 eyes and 48 eyes in the control group.In the treatment group,the treatment group was treated with the combined acupuncture and sodium hyaluronate eye drops,and the control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate eye drops.Appears on two groups of BUT,S I T,corneal staining and the clinical symptoms were observed,to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the treatment.Results: The treatment group was compared with the control group in the aspect of S I T,BUT,eye symptoms and TCM syndrome integral,the difference was statistically significant differences(P ﹤ 0.05).In the aspect of improvement of ocular symptom score,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 83.33%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 66.67%.The difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).In the improvement of TCM syndrome points,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 79.17%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 25%.The difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.01).Conclusion: Mainly thermal moxibustion combined acupuncture and sodium hyaluronate eye drops to treat liver and kidney deficiency type aqueous humor lack of dry eyes,can obviously improve symptom,has good clinical application value.
