Shenyang Aier Ophthalmology Hospital is one of the earliest hospitals settled by Aier Group,experienced several stages from contracted departments to an independent establishment of hospital,and from the private capital to financing from stock market.A variety of problems are coming during the developing phases,but the key issue of human resources is still about the personnel.So it is the focus of human resources to introduce,keep and foster the needed personnel.Besides,the fundamental of the business survival is to raise the core competence relying on an effective,and competitive salary system.The paper is based on the practical issues of Shenyang Aier Ophthalmology Hospital,made a systematic research on the salary designing and the implement plan according to the instrument of salary theory and applied to practice.The paper also find and solve the practical problems by means of the practical application of salary management in Shenyang Aier Ophthalmology Hospital,establish a more reasonable,more inspiring management system by redesigning and planning the salary system to improve the core competence of the hospital.The case study analyzes the process of and the reason for the salary dilemma of Shenyang Aier Ophthalmology Hospital with mainly focuses on how to succeed in solving the situation by a full salary designing,and puts emphasis on salary strategic decision-making of Shenyang Aier Ophthalmology Hospital in a third party's view.It is expected that a strategic salary system and practical operation are worked out in the specific market by studying the salary planning of Shenyang Aier Ophthalmology Hospital,in order to enrich the ideologies and practices of the salary designing.
