With the development of China's medical industry,hospital performance management has become the focus of research.There are so many shortcomings in the performance management of many public hospitals.The existing performance salary management has not really played a role in promoting the correct performance of medical staff,improving service quality,controlling medical expenses,and controlling medical safety.Some studies have begun to focus on the internationally popular RBRVS and DRGs hospital performance appraisal tools to study their characteristics,methods of use,role,and how to apply practices in domestic hospitals.This paper takes the construction of the performance salary assessment system of S hospital as a case to study the construction process and final effect of the performance salary evaluation system.The results show that the performance salary evaluation system combined with RBRVS and DRGs of S hospital has obvious effects.This article is divided into seven parts.The first part is the introduction,which introduces the research background,research significance,research methods and framework.The second chapter expounds the research status at home and abroad.The third chapter is an overview of relevant theories,introducing the basic theories of RBRVS,DRGs and strategy maps.The fourth chapter is the introduction of the S hospital case,including the basic situation of S hospital,the status and problems of S hospital performance management and the analysis of S hospital performance questionnaire results.The fifth chapter studies the construction process of the performance evaluation system of S hospital.S hospital takes the strategy map as the general direction,and uses the project cost accounting and disease cost accounting as the data foundation to formulate the performance plan combining the clinical department RBRVS and the medical technology department DRGs.The program was officially implemented in 2018.The sixth chapter evaluates the effect of the performance evaluation system of S hospital in 2018.S Hospital's new performance program has improved physician performance pay,promoted the growth of S hospital's income and business volume,and improved the medical efficiency of S hospital.The last chapter concludes that the performance-based salary evaluation system combining RBRVS and DRGs in S hospital has obvious results and has certain reference significance.At the same time,it also points out the inadequacies of this research and prospects for future research directions.
