Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of acupuncture at Bimai intersection point with that of routine acupuncture in the treatment of post-traumatic depression,so as to provide reliable clinical evidence for the treatment of post-traumatic depression. To provide a new method for the treatment of post-traumatic depression by acupuncture and moxibustion. Methods Among the inpatients and outpatients in*hospital,60 patients with post-traumatic depression who met the diagnostic criteria were observed and treated according to the requirements of inclusion criteria.According to the method of random number table.60 patients were randomly divided into acupuncture group(treatment group)and common acupuncture group(control group),30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with the traditional acupuncture method and the control group was treated with the traditional acupuncture method. The patients in both groups were treated once a day and 10 consecutive times as a course of treatment for a total of 2 courses of treatment. Before and after treatment, the two aspects of depression and daily living ability were improved respectively.24 items of Hamilton Depression scale(HAMD)were used to evaluate the degree of depression in patients with post-traumatic depression, and the activity of Daily living scale(BI)was used to evaluate the improvement of ADL.At the same time, the TCM symptom scale was used to analyze the related TCM syndromes, and the safety test was carried out.The general clinical efficacy criteria refer to the criteria for evaluation of post-traumatic depression in the Manual of Psychiatry rating scale. All the research data are processed and analyzed by SPSS 17.0 statistical software.Result 1.The basic data(sex, age,HAMD,BI score)between the two groups(sex, age,HAMD,BI score)before treatment were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The results showed that the basic data of the two groups were comparable before treatment.2.After 2 courses of treatment, the scores of HAMD,BI scale of acupuncture group and routine acupuncture control group were compared with the results before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of HAMD score in the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the BI score of the two groups was significantly higher than that of the routine acupuncture treatment group(P<0.05),and that of the acupuncture group was significantly higher than that of the normal acupuncture group(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.After 2 courses of treatment, the total clinical effective rate of the acupuncture group was 86.67,of which 3 cases were cured,9 cases were effective,14 cases were effective and 4 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate of routine acupuncture control group was 66.67,of which 1 case was cured,5 cases were effective,14 cases were effective, and 10 cases were ineffective. There was significant difference in the total clinical efficacy between the acupuncture group and the routine acupuncture group(P<0.05).Conclusion both acupuncture and routine acupuncture have certain clinical effects on post-traumatic depression, but the total clinical efficacy of acupuncture at Bimai intersection is better than that of routine acupuncture. In the aspect of improving depressive state and improving daily life ability, acupuncture at Ba-mai intersection point is superior to routine acupuncture intervention. Therefore, acupuncture at Bimai intersection is one of the effective treatments for post-traumatic depression, which is worth popularizing.
