Clinical Observation Of Acupuncture Head Acupoint Treatment For Post Apoplectic Depression

ObjectiveObservation of needle head acupuncture in the treatment of patients with post-stroke depression symptoms,compare the HAMD scores,Barthel index scale score and TCM syndrome score,serum HCY levels and to explore its mechanism and the curative effect,thereby improving the treatment of post-stroke depression in clinical.MethodsA randomized,controlled,single-blind method was used to randomly divide the 62 patients who met the inclusion criteria into the treatment group and the control group,with 31 cases in each group.Two groups of patients were treated with conventional medicine,traditional Chinese medicine oral administration,acupuncture rehabilitation therapy and oral medicine dili new,2 tablets each day,1 tablet each morning and noon.On the basis of the control group,the treatment group pricked the head of the head,the four gods cong,the upper star,the head,the cranium,the suspension of several acupuncture points,acupuncture 30 minutes,six consecutive days,rest day.Two groups of HAMD scores,Barthel index score,TCM syndrome score and serum HCY level were evaluated before and after the treatment for 4 weeks.: all data were statistically analyzed with SPSS21.0 statistical software.Results1.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of gender,age,stroke type,duration of disease and depression(p>0.05).2.Two groups were compared in the group after 4 weeks of treatment: HAMD score,Barthel index scale score,TCM syndrome score and serum HCY level were all significantly different(p<0.05).3.After 4 weeks of treatment,the two groups were compared between groups,HAMD score,Barthel index scale score,TCM syndrome score and serum HCY content difference were statistically significant(p<0.05).4.Efficacy evaluation: the effective rate of treatment group was 93.55%,and the effective rate of control group was 90.32%.The cure rate and efficiency of the treatment group accounted for 87% of the whole group,and the cure rate and efficiency of the control group accounted for 42% of the total group,and the treatment group was better than the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion1.The acupuncture treatment group and the control group were more effective in the comparison.2.For patients with post-stroke depression,needle head acupuncture treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group therapy efficacy3.In this study,the treatment compliance of acupuncture point treatment group and control group was better.
