Research On The Laws Of Diagnosis And Treatment Related To The Cases Of Xue Fu Zhu Yu Decoction Based On Data Mining Technology

Objective:The research status,disease features and key indications of various diseases applying Xufu Zhuyu decoction in clinic associated with syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis were carded and summarized by using data mining technique.The occurrence regularity,epidemic characteristics,application range and the thoughts of diagnosis and treatment were made clear to make more accurate application of Xufu Zhuyu decoction on the diagnosis and syndrome differentiation of various clinical diseases and better serve the patients in clinic.It also reflected the characteristics of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome in a certain extent.Methods:In this study,the theory and application of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome and Xuefu Zhuyu decoction were collected and analyzed.By collecting the clinical document data of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction from January 2006 to December 2015,430 cases that met the requirement were selected and summarized,design Excel spreadsheet,and a database was set up to count the data of gender,age,invasion season,symptoms,disease classification,tongue diagnosis,pulse diagnosis,duration,medicine modification,etiology,disease names of Chinese and western medicines,emotional status and other data and make related data mining analysis,including frequency number and frequency statistical analysis,hierarchical clustering analysis and association rules analysis,in order to further systematically analyze the medical records of Xufu Zhuyu decoction,as well as the mining results for discussion.Results:Among the 430 cases of patients,the prevalence of male and female was 1:1.31.The young and middle-aged population from 18 to 65 years old accounted for 89.25%.The morbidity of the whole season is average,but slightly high in spring,accounting for 36.08%.The cases with the course of more than 3 months accounted for 65.33%,while the cases with the poor mood accounting for 51.74%of the induced factors and overwork,cold or exogenous cold and trauma are the common causes.Patients treated with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction were mostly suffering from neuropsychiatric diseases(25.35%),cardiovascular diseases(12.79%)and gynecological diseases(12.56%).Among the various diseases treated with Xufu Zhuyu decoction occurring with the frequency of more than 5%,symptoms of chest stuffiness,precardial pain and palpitation in the cardiovascular diseases were classified into a class with the highest frequency;while symptoms of insomnia,irritability or melancholy and headache in the neuropsychiatric disorders were gathering together as a class with the highest frequency.In the gynecological diseases,symptoms of the dark color of menstruation,blood clots,dysmenorrhea and scanty menstruation classified as a class possessed the highest frequency;Dermatological symptoms of skin itching,red rash or wheal getting together as a class possessed the highest frequency;The surgical diseases were mainly with symptoms of traumatic pain in various parts of the body,such as lumbago(19.33%),chest pain(19.33%),headache(11.54%),distending pain in hypochondrium(19.33%)and local injury pain(30.77%);Functional fever and sweating in the endocrine and metabolic symptoms were clustered as a class respectively with the highest frequency;The digestive system symptoms of abdominal distension,pain and loss of appetite as a class possessed the highest frequency;The symptoms of otolaryngolory diseases showed similar frequency number and frequency and the indicators in the cluster analysis chart were relatively independent.There was no obvious clustering significance.The thin white tongue coating and dark red tongue were mostly common seen among the associated tongue picture of the 430 patients and the thin white coating was most easily accompanied by the dark red tongue body.The wiry,thready pulse and the thready,uneven pulse were mostly common seen among the associated pulse manifestation.The thready pulse was most easily accompanied by the wiry and uneven pulse.Among the associated clinical symptoms,insomnia and irritability were mostly common seen and the insomnia was most easily accompanied by irritability.As to the modification of medicine,not only the Chinese herbs functioning as activating blood and moving qi were used,but also the drugs tonifying qi and blood such as Huangqi,Shudihuang and Baishao were selected.Conclusions:The results of the data mining analysis basically reflect the research situation,disease features and key indications of Xufu Zhuyu decoction in clinical various diseases associated with the syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis.
