| Objective To observe and evaluate the Guilong Huayu Decoction Combined with He's fumigating No.1 fumigating treatment gangrene(lower extremity arterial occlusive disease-not collapse period)clinical efficacy and safety of blood stasis syndrome.Methods In this study,a randomized controlled clinical study was conducted to study the hospitalized patients with blood vessel stasis syndrome in the peripheral vascular disease area around the center of the prevention and treatment of vascular diseases around the first hospital of the first Chinese Medicine Hospital of Luoyang.All cases were numbered according to the sequence of the group,and were divided into the random number table method.In the treatment group and the control group,on the basis of routine treatment,the treatment group was treated with Guilong Huayu Decoction Combined with He's fumigating No.l fumigating,and the control group was treated with Taohong siwu Decoction for 4 weeks.The basic data of all patients were collected,and the changes of the skin temperature,skin color,pain,intermittent claudication distance,limping time,the clinical symptoms and signs of the ankle/brachial ratio(ABI)index before and after treatment were observed and recorded.SPSS21.0 software was used to analyze the indexes and evaluate the effect of GUI Long Hu a Yu Tang combined with He Shi Hang Xi Guilong Huayu Decoction Combined with He's fumigating No.1 fumigating on improving the blood circulation and ischemia of the lower extremities..Results 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).The age,sex,clinical symptoms and signs(skin temperature,skin color,pain,intermittent claudication,intermittent claudication time,ABI index)and the total integral of the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05)and were comparable.After treatment,the symptoms and signs,the scores and the total integral were lower than those before the treatment.The differences in the group were statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the two groups were effective.The treatment group was better than the control group in improving the patient's skin temperature,skin color,relieving pain and increasing the lame distance(60-80 steps of walking per minute).The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).According to the evaluation criteria of curative effect,4 cases were cured in the treatment group,16 cases were markedly effective,9 cases were effective,1 cases were invalid,the total effective rate was 96.66%,1 cases were cured,10 cases were markedly effective,16 cases were effective,4 cases were invalid,and the total effective rate was 90%.The grade data of the two groups of patients were statistically significant by non parametric test(Mann-Whitney U rank and test),Z=-2.47 and P=0.014,indicating that the overall effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion This study shows that:1)Guilong Huayu Decoction Combined with He's fumigating No.1 fumigating scheme,more than the individual oral Taohong siwu Decoction scheme,more can improve the ASO blood stasis syndrome patients with the overall clinical symptoms and signs.2)In improving the patient's skin temperature,skin color,relieving pain,and increasing the lame distance(60-80 steps per minute walking),the curative effect of the combination of dragon and Blood Stasis Guilong Huayu Decoction Combined with He's fumigating No.l fumigating is better,which can effectively relieve the sufferings of the patients and improve the quality of life.3)the overall curative effect of Guilong Huayu Decoction Combined with He's fumigating No.1 fumigating is better than that of simple oral Taohong siwu Decoction.The scheme of traditional Chinese medicine for ASO blood stasis syndrome is optimized to provide reference for the clinical treatment of the disease. |
