Objective:In this study,we compared the effect of scalp acupuncture and oral nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs on resting pain in patients with arteriosclerotic occlusive disease of the lower extremities of blood vessel stasis type.It provides a new treatment method for patients with resting pain of arteriosclerotic occlusive disease of lower extremity of blood vessel stasis type. Methods:Eighty patients with arteriosclerotic occlusive disease of lower extremity of blood stasis type who met the inclusion criteria were selected as observation objects. The above 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group and the control group,40 cases in each group. Both groups used the same basic treatment, namely improved circulation,lipid-lowering and antiplatelet therapy,On the basis of basic treatment, the treatment group uses the method of scalp acupuncture,The treatment group adopted the method of acupuncture with scalp acupuncture, selecting Baihui point on the head, bilateral sense of foot movement area, bilateral sense area, emotion area,The treatment group adopted the method of acupuncture with scalp acupuncture, selecting Baihui point on the head, bilateral sense of needing foot motor sensory area, bilateral sense area, emotion area with repetitive transcranial acupuncture stimulation(rTAS).Every 3-5 minutes, every 15 minutes at intervals, needle acupuncture, needle retention for 30 minutes, treatment for 15 days. The control group was treated with Lesong orally three times a day for 60?each time for 15 days. After the treatment, the VAS score, ankle brachial index, anxiety index and TCM symptom score of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were evaluated.Statistical software SPSS24.0 was used for statistical analysis of the collected data.Results:(1)After the two methods of treatment were compared with the same group of patients before treatment, the VAS score and pain duration were different(p<0.05),Compared with the treatment with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, there was no significant difference in VAS score and pain duration(p> 0.05).(2)The ankle brachial index before and after treatment with the two methods were significantly different(p <0.01).The difference between the ankle brachialindex after using scalp acupuncture and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs was not significant(p> 0.05).(3)The anxiety degree of the patients in the treatment group after treatment was improved compared with that before treatment(p <0.05),and the anxiety degree of the control group after treatment was not significantly improved than before treatment(p> 0.05).There was a difference in the degree of anxiety between the two groups of patients after treatment(p <0.05).(4)The effective rate of the treatment group after treatment reached 92.5%,and the effective rate of the control group was 85%.There were differences between the two groups in terms of TCM symptoms, and the improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(p <0.05).Conclusion:(1)Scalp acupuncture treatment and the use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs are effective in alleviating resting pain in patients with arteriosclerotic occlusive disease of the lower extremities of blood vessel stasis type. And after using the two methods of treatment, the effect of reducing the degree of pain relief and the duration of pain is equivalent.(2)Both scalp acupuncture and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs can increase the ankle-brachial index of patients with arteriosclerotic occlusive disease of the lower extremities in patients with blood vessel stasis type, and the changes in the two groups are similar.(3)The use of scalp acupuncture can alleviate the anxiety of patients with arteriosclerotic occlusive disease of the lower extremities of blood vessel stasis type, and can alleviate the patients' symptoms and signs of TCM.
