In recent years,with the rapid development of the knowledge of science and technology,human resources has become an important part of the enterprise resources and the core resources hospital service industry.With the steady growth of China's economy,the competition between private hospitals increasingly hots up,human resources as a new type of strategic resources,the civilian battalion hospital survival and development has become the dominant factor,civilian battalion hospital competition gradually evolved into the competition of human resources,Zhengzhou Jingmei hospital as a start-up in earlystage private hospitals,which influence the development of hospital human resources,the value of its human resources directly determines the size of the hospital development prospects and competitive,so how to correct the hospital human resource value assessment is particularly important,It is right to choose Zhengzhou Jingmei hospital human resources value evaluation.This thesis is carried out a detailed analysis about the current situation at home and abroad of human resource evaluation,structure and influencing factors of the human resource are discussed and summarized on the basis of human resource evaluation,the methods which are commonly used in current market enterprise about human resources evaluation are pushed forward.According to the development of Zhengzhou Jingmei Hospital on,the problems of its human resource evaluation are analyzed on the basis of the theory.In the methods of the human resource evaluation,the historical cost method was exposed many problems combining with the actual situation of Zhengzhou Jingmei Hospital.Finally by using comparative method,theory and practice,opinions and measures are put forward to improve the assessment of the value of human resources at present,at the same time,learn from the private enterprises and the steady development of Zhengzhou Longhai hospital economic value,contact the actual situation of Zhengzhou Jingmei hospital,combined with the present status and characteristics of human resources,the integrated use of modern economic and management theory,combining qualitative and quantitative,human resources strategy and link analysis,put forward an evaluation model of Careersmart balanced score card method of human resource value Zhengzhou Beijing,solves the evaluation of Zhengzhou Jingmei hospital human resource value,also provides a feasible method about human resource evaluation for the enterprise which are similar to Zhengzhou Jingmei hospital that just start up and human resource is the core resource.
