Time series analysis, by collecting some representative indicators in recent years and forming time series data, by drawing a sequence diagram to observe whether the indicators is a significant turning point and evaluating the effect.Result: Based on the basic situation of demerit points, it can be found the internal management dimension and learning and growth dimension is penalized more, so the hospital need to continue to strengthen management in these two areas continue and improve and enhance. Evaluating the overall situation of the hospital, it can be found that the use of Balanced Scorecard for performance assessment, achieved a certain effect, but in some areas still do not play a control role, such as the hospital's average per bed charge level and per bed day average drug fee levels showed a significant growth trend, the average medical expenses also showed a significant growth trend, these show that the hospital still need to increase efforts to continue to strengthen performance management. Conclusion: Proposing some advice to those existing problems: do not completely copy; strengthen the implementation of the assessment department; strong support from leaders and the staff actively participate in; set up a special performance appraisal office; establish performance evaluation index of functional logistics department; continuous improvement index system; hospitals must have information support system.
