Theestablishment Of The Key Performance Indicators In Urban Public Hospitals Witch Based On Balanced Score Card In Guangxi

Objective:The key performance indicators in people's hospital of GuangXi Zhuang autonomous region which based on the balanced score card is established to provide advice and reference for the systematic,scientific and advanced performance management of urban public hospitals in China.Method:(1)In the process of selecting indicators,consulting relevant documents,and combining the theory of the balanced score card and key performance indicators can be used to establish the index system,after then,the Delphy can also be used to further improve the index system.(2)Calculating the weight by analytic hierarchy process.(3)trying to find problems and omissions in the establishment of the index system and taking some suggestions.Result:This system is based on financial,internal processes,learning and growth dimensions of Balanced Score Card,and include 4 of first level indicators,11 of second level indexes and 41 of third level indexes.The weight shows financial dimension greater than learning and growth dimension witch greater than the internal processes dimension witch greater than the customer dimension.Conclusion:It can reflect some problems and challenges witch faced by the development of hospital.
