The Research Of Knowledge Attitude And Practice For The Elderly Based On Data Mining

The purpose of this study is to analyze the current status of knowledge,attitude and practice of safe medication for the elderly.Analyze and explain the important influencing factors of knowledge,attitude and behavior of the elderly,and sort out the influencing factors,put forward corresponding suggestions and countermeasures.This study used the questionnaire method,to 138 people over the age of 60 as the research object,using a simple statistical description of the present situation of safe medication in the elderly,the traditional statistical tools using SPSS Statistics such as t-est,variance analysis,and SPSS Modeler data mining tools such as support vector machines,the decision tree,to explore the important influencing factors of safe medication in the elderly.Use data mining technology to sort the influence factors.The KAP scoring rates of the elderly people interviewed in this survey all in the middle level.Elderly with higer monthly income,higher education level,using basic medical insurance for urban workers(UEBMI)or basic medical insurance for urban residents(URBMI)showed higer scores of safe medication KAP.In the course of medication,the elderly who had no adverse reactions had higher safety medication attitude scores and higher pratice scores.The score of health education knowledge was positively correlated with the score of safety medication knowledge.The screening results of support vector machines,artificial neural networks and decision trees are different in the important influence factors of knowledge,attitude and pratice.Compare the accuracy of models and the accuracy of the support vector machine is the highest.The ranking that sorted out by support vector machines of the importance for knowledge is former occupation,education level,monthly income,whether has been adverse drug reactions,and medical expenses payment method.The ranking of importance for attitude scores is whether has been adverse drug reactions,medical expenses payment method,monthly income,monthly household expenses.The ranking of importance for pratice scores is medical expenses payment method,former occupation,monthly income.This study showed that the scores of KAP of safe medication in the elderly was related to a variety of factors.Suggestions on improving the safety of medication for the elderly include: conducting safe medication knowledge propaganda at various levels,paying attention to elderly drug marketing,enhancing public health education,taking flexible medication education,promoting the medical insurance system reform,perfects the laws and regulations concerned.Data mining tools can excavate more useful information and have broad prospects in the medical field.
