Research On The Countermeasure Of Doctor-patient Relationship Problems For Three-level Comprehensive Public Hospital

With the rapid development of economy and social transformation,the doctor-patient relationship has become a social issue in our country.Medical disputes are on the rise with the tendency of being increasingly tense,complicated and terrible,from which,it can be found that the doctor-patient relationship has been the public's focus with the change of the social benefit structure.Level 3 comprehensive public hospitals,as the main components of our medical industry,are the first choice of patients.The harmony between the doctor-patient relationship is the solid backup of improving the medical care in level 3 comprehensive public hospitals as well as the important foundation of level 3 comprehensive public hospitals.In the new age,how to find and solve the difficulties and problems in these hospitals and construct harmonious doctor-patient relationships are the problem to be dealt with urgently.The hot issue on the current doctor-patient relationships is discussed by employing the theories of administration,economy,social science and so on.The research starts from the cause analysis based on the empirical studies on the doctor-patient relationship in a level 3 comprehensive public hospital in Changsha,which,supposedly,will provide a helpful approach choice for the administration of the doctor-patient relationship in level 3 comprehensive public hospitals,and a reference for the doctor-patient relationship in similar hospitals in Changsha.Firstly,the various factors in the administration of doctor-patient relationships are analyzed by taking questionnaire survey,comparative approach and documentary approach.Secondly,By collecting and sorting out the materials in a hospital in Changsha Hunan and examining the status quo of the hospital,the inharmonious factors between the doctor-patient relationships are induced,The solution to the current doctor-patient relationships is also proposed by integrating the advanced management experiences for foreign hospitals' doctor-patient relationships.Lastly,the example proves that the research is effective and feasible.
