Research On The Internal Management Reform Of Public Hospitals Based On Constructing Harmonious Doctor - Patient Relationship

Public health service is livelihood issue which related to the interests of the masses.Public health service is basic requirement for human survival and development. Publichealth service is also the basic right of modern citizens shall have the right. In recentyears, people’s requirement of the medical service quality is increasing, people’srequirement of maintain their own rights and interests is growing. However, in contrast,the medical health reform and development of the relative lag, the resulting number ofmedical disputes increase year by year. The doctor-patient relationship is not only oneof the hot topics in the social public, but also become a public management, animportant subject in research of public policy.In this paper, according to a hospital of medical service satisfaction questionnairesurvey, probes into the doctor-patient relationship under the new situation ofdisharmonious factors and reasons, focus on the problems existing in the public hospitalinternal management made a detailed analysis of application-application of thebalanced scorecard strategic management and other related theory, nonprofitorganization theory, crisis management theory to guide the construction of aharmonious doctor-patient relationship of hospital internal management reformmeasures. Specific include the following contents: first, the present situation of theanalysis of the current doctor-patient relationship, including the nature of thedoctor-patient relationship, the unharmonious performance of doctor-patientrelationship etc. Second, the paper analyzed from two aspects of theory and practice ofhospital internal management problems. Third, the paper comparative analyzed withother countries and regions in the hospital management ideas and methods. Fourth, thepaper combined with the actual situation of our country, using the relevant theory,proposed our country based on the reform of hospital internal management measures ofbuilding a harmonious doctor-patient relationship advice.
