With the development of social medical treatment,the current increasingly tense doctor-patient relationship is becoming a hot social concern.medical accident frequency,not only to affect the beliefs of medical staff to heal the wounded and rescue the dying,but also seriously affect the normal order of the hospital operation,eventually damage the the patient's vital interests.Doctor-patient relationship plays a very important role in interpersonal relationships,increasingly tense doctor-patient relationship has always been a sensitive topic of common concern,medical workers and patients caused wide attention of health,law and the press.Medical dispute is no longer a pure medical problem,has evolved into a social problem.From the background and significance of the doctor-patient relationship,this paper summarizes the domestic and foreign research situation of the doctor-patient relationship.From the perspective of social,ethical,and health communication theory research of doctor-patient relationship in this paper,taking First People's Hospital of JZ City for example,based on the investigation of the DEMATEL method,this paper analysis the influence factors of the current doctor-patient relationship.Then from the health care system,social system,hospital management,and analyses the reasons of medical dispute in the face of doctor-patient,finally doctor-patnent dispute prevention and solution measures are put forward.For prevention of medial disputes,this paper puts forward measures:Strengthen the legal concept and legal consciousness between doctors and patients;improve the quality of medical records,strengthen clinical management;strict implementation of the medical and nursing operation procedures;strict implementation of informed consent to prevent medical dispute;promote"patient-centered" service tenet,strengthen cooperation with the outside world,rational allocation of medical resources.For measares for solving medical disputes,this paper puts forward ways:put prevention first,streng then communication correct guidance,proper solution;establishment of third party mediation mechanism,fair and reasonable handling of disputes between doctors and patients;coordinate and handle the patient problem in accordance with the law and the rules;establish a reward and punishment mechanism to crack down on illegal activities between doctors and patients.On the basis of strengthening the publicity,actively promote the doctor-patient communication and exchanges between,eliminate cognitive differences,try to build a new type of doctor-patient relationship harmony,make clear the channels of medical disputes prevention and treatment.Take more active intervention of doctor-patient dispute,and through the establishment of medical disputes prevention mechanism,fundamentally eliminate and control the medical disputes.
