Systematic Review Of Chromoendoscopy (Acetic Acid-indigo Carmine) In The Diagnosis Of Early Gastric Cancer

Objective:Chromoendoscopy has been widely used in the diagnosis of early cancer in the digestive tract.This systematic review is used to evaluate the value of stains(acetic acid?indigo carmine)in the diagnosis of early gastric cancer.Methods:A total of six databases were searched,including CNKI?VIP?Wanfang?Pubmed?Cochrane Library?Embase,According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,searching the literatures on the value of(acetic acid?indigo carmine)in diagnosing early gastric cancer for Meta-analysis,with the funnel plot and Egger's test detects publication bias,heterogeneity test use Q test and I~2 statistic,meta regression analysis to explore the origin of heterogeneity.Publication bias of the literature was tested using funnel plots and Egger's tests.Results:Eleven studies met the inclusion standards,including a total of 1185 patients and1214 specimens,the pooled sensitivity was 0.95(95%CI:0.93~0.97)and the pooled specificity was 0.82(95%CI:0.76~0.86),the positive likelihood ratio(LR+)was 4.69(95%CI:3.17~6.94),the negative likelihood ratio(LR-)was 0.07(95%CI:0.04~0.11),and the diagnostic odds ratio(DOR)was 79.17(95%CI:35.24~177.86),the receiver operator characteristic curve(ROC curve)area under the curve(AUC)was 0.9650and Q*was 0.9120.Conclusion:The use of acetic acid and indigo carmine has a high accuracy in the diagnosis of early gastric cancer,compared with white light endoscopy,can improve the detection rate of early lesions.
