Magnification Chromoendoscopy Ordinary Gastrocopy Examinations For The Dignosis Worth Of Early Gastric Cancer And Gastric Precancerosis

AIM:To makes a preliminary study on the value of clinical application to the Magnification amplification(MCE)combined with Narrow Band Imaging(NBI)about the precancerous lesion and the Early Gastric Cancer diagnostic.METHODS:From February,2010 to February,2011,110 patients with 137 gastric mucosas were enrolled to Observe the finestructure morphology.The morphology of gastric pits was classified as follows:A type(round spot),B type(tubular),C type(villous),D type(irregular),The morphology of collecting venules was subgrouped intoâ… type(regular),â…¡type(irregular finely reticulate) andâ…¢type(irregular distortion spiral),histology.The patients in group were ordinarily biopsied and examinated by histology.RESULTS:The gastric mucosas finding by the ordinary endoscopy were mild upheaval erosive and abnormal in chromodiagnosis,which were amorphous, exception construction,The microstructures of gastric mucosa were closely related to the histopathologic findings. CONCLUSIONS:The types of gastric pits and the morphology of collecting venules were detection by the Magnification Chromoendoscopy would help in the diagnosis of pathology,it can improve the diagnosis rate of early gastric cancer and precancerous.
