Objective:This study was to investigate the relationship between the changes of serum pepsinogen level, the anti-Helicobacter pylori IgG antibody combined with acetic acid-indigo rouge magnification endoscopy in the early screening of gastric cancer. Methods:Through the selection of 216 cases of patients with digestive tract symptoms from January 2001 to December 2016,based on voluntary principles the patients were divided into normal white endoscopy group(P<0.05)Group A)and acetic acid-indigo rouge staining were used to amplify the endoscopic group(group B)as a case group.A total of 100 patients were selected from the same age group as the control group, only serum pepsinogen and Helicobacter pylori were detected. Results:The results showed that the level of serum PG ? and serum PGR were significantly lower in the patients than in the control group, and the level of serum PG? was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There were significant differences in PG ?,PG ? and PGR between the subgroups of each group(P<0.05).The levels of PG ? in EGC group and AGC group were significantly lower than those in other groups(P<0.05).The levels of PG ? in CSG group,EGC group,AGC group and GU group were significantly higher than those in other groups(P<0.05)The PGR of AGC group was significantly lower than that of other groups(P<0.05).High-level intraepithelial neoplasia(LGIN)and high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia(HGIN)were higher than those of normal white endoscopy in the detection rate of precancerous lesions in the endoscopic group(group B)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in atrophic gastritis(CAG)and intestinal metaplasia(SIM).The total detection rate of EGC and gastric cancer was significantly superior in the detection rate of gastric cancer(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in AGC.A total of 28 patients(78.00%)were found in Hp+group,PG+or Hp+found a total of 22 cases of gastric cancer(62.85%).Conclusions:Analysis of the results concluded that serum pepsinogen,Helicobacter pylori IgG antibody, acetic acid-indigo rouge staining amplification endoscopy is conducive to the early diagnosis of gastric cancer.
