Based On The Literature Acupoint Sensitization Phenomenon And Regularity Of Data Mining Research

Objective:Based on modern Chinese and English literature of acupoint sensitization,adopt the method of literature metrology and data mining,statistical analysis of different state of acupoint sensitization with acupoints,diseases and detection indexes of correlation.Statistical analysis of lumbar disc,knee osteoarthritis,facial paralysis,and cervical spondylosis 4 kinds of typical sensitization phenomenon and regularity of disease conditions,provide literature basis for acupoint sensitization of clinical research.Methods:1.By the method of computer retrieval and manual retrieval,collecting and organizing involves acupoint sensitization phenomenon of modern literature.2.To build "acupoint sensitization modern literature data summary table",entry into the literature of related information,establish acupoint sensitization literature research database.3.Using literature metrology and correlation analysis method in data mining,to discuss the relations between sensitization state and acupoints,diseases and test indicators,and sensitization phenomenon and regularity of different disease states.Results:1.Basic results of literatureParticipants included 780 references,including 674 Chinese articles,106 English articles.By sensitizing type,including 548 thermal sensitive articles,113 electro sensitive articles,87 pain sensitive articles,23 shape sensitive articles,26 chemical sensitive articles,14 photosensitive articles,11 acoustic sensitive articles.According to the research type,there are 447 randomized controlled trials,96 case-control studies,192 cases of observation,and 45 animal experiments.2.Sensitization state associated with sensitization acupointsFor all states of sensitization,high sensitive acupoints mainly include Zusanli,Guanyuan,Sanyinjiao,Yanglingquan,Shenshu,Hegu and Baihui.High sensitive acupoints of thermal state include Guanyuan,Zusanli,Sanyinjiao;of electro state include Taiyuan,Hegu;of pain state include Ashixue;of shape state,chemical atate and acoustic state include Zusanli;of photosensitive state include Hegu.3.Sensitization state associated with diseasesFor all sensitized status,the research mainly involves prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc and knee joint osteoarthritis.Thermal state study of diseases,mainly are lumbar intervertebral disc,knee joint osteoarthritis and facial paralysis.Electric susceptibility state research mainly focuses on hyperthyroidism.Pain sensitivity status study of diseases are mainly the back or neck pain and shoulder pain.Shape of sensitive state research mainly tennis elbow and prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.Other sensitization phenomenon has less literature and less disease to conclude above results.4.Sensitization state associated with measurementsStudy of application of the thermal detection index is mainly of individualized desensitisation moxibustion;The electric susceptibility using mainly resistance test index;Research on pain and shape sensitivities of detection index is mainly used pain threshold;Study the use of chemical sensitive detection index mainly hormone content and ion concentration.Other sensitization phenomenon has less literature and less detection index to conclude above results.5.The sensitizing results under different disease statesIn the biggest literature into four typical of disease,high sensitive acupoints in prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc are Yanglingquan,Weizhong,Zhiyang,Weiyang,Guanyuanshu,two acupoints compatibility form according to the support line of top followed by Guanyuanshu->Weiyang,Guanyuanshu->Zhiyang,Guanyuanshu->Yanglingquan,Weizhong->Zhiyang,Weizhong->Yanglingquan.High sensitive acupoints in knee joint osteoarthritis are Yanglingquan,Xuehai,Liangqiu,Yinlingquan,Dubi,Waixiyan,two acupoints compatibility form according to the support line of top followed by Liangqiu->Xuehai,Liangqiu->Yanglingquan,Yanglingquan->Yinlingquan.High sensitive acupoints in facial paralysis are Yifeng,Jiache,Xiaguan,Taiyang,Dicang,Yangbai,two acupoints compatibility form according to the support line of top followed by Xiaguan->Yifeng,Xiaguan->Jiache,Dicang->Yifeng,Dicang->Jiache,Taiyang->Yifeng,Taiyang->Jiache.High sensitive acupoints in cervical spondylosis are Dazhui,Jiaji,Fengchi,Baihui,Zhiyang,Shousanli,two acupoints compatibility form according to the support line of top followed by Jiaji->Fengchi,Dazhui->Fengchi,Dazhui->Baihui,Jiaji->Baihui.Conclusions:1.Number of acupoint sensitization phenomenon researches showed a trend of increased,and the researches have obvious regional differences.2.In the studies of different acupoint sensitization,research of points of the fourteen channels has absolute advantage.In general,high sensitive acupoints are always specific acupoints.Through the statistical analysis,the specific points of high sensitive acupoints mainly belong to crossing point,five-shu point,back-shu point,front-mu point,yuan-primary point and eight influential points.3.The diseases of thermal sensitivity study are mainly lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion,knee joint osteoarthritis and facial paralysis,high sensitive acupoints are Guanyuan,Zusanli,Sanyinjiao,Yanglingquan and Shenshu,detection index is individualized saturated desensitisation moxibustion.The disease of electrio sensitivity study is mainly hyperthyroidism,high sensitive acupoints are Taiyuan,Hegu,Taichong,Daling,Taibai,Taixi,Zusanli and Shaoshang,detection index is resistance.The diseases of pain sensitivity study are mainly low back pain and neck shoulder pain,high sensitive acupoints are Ashixue,Hegu,Zusanli and Weizhong and detection index is pain threshold.The diseases of shape sensitivity study are mainly tennis elbow and lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion,high sensitive acupoint is Zusanli and detection index is pain threshold.The disease of chemical sensitivity study is chronic persistent hepatitis,high sensitive acupoint is Zusanli and detection index is hormone levels.Other sensitization phenomena such as photosensitivity and acoustic sensitivity have less literature to conclude above results.4.High sensitive acupoints of protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc,knee joint osteoarthritis,facial paralysis and cervical spondylosis are consistent with the acupuncture clinical common acupoints,two acupoints compatibility form according to the support line of top is also consistent with the clinical.
