Data Mining Of Modern Literature And Clinical Evaluation Research On Acupoint Strapping For Angina

Objective:To analyze the regularity of acupoints selection for acupoint strapping for angina and evaluate tfhe clinical evaluation of acupoint strapping for chronic stable angina.Methods:1.Collecting and sorting the modern clinical literature of acupoint strapping for angina, based on which modern bibliographic database about acupoint strapping for angina was established.By way of data mining and analysis.the potential rule of meridians.acupoints and their combinations,which were frequently used in the treatment was searched.2.Computer,randomized and controlled trial was designed.26patients.who matched the inclusion criteria were divided into two groups randomly. Each group was administered acupoint strapping:Herbs were applied to patients in Group A, placebo for the ones in Group B.Selected acupoint sticking therapy was applied in Neiguan,Danzhong,Xinshu,Jueyinshu,which were the most frequently used in the literature study of acupoint strapping on angina.The times of angina attack and chest pain degree were used to evaluat the clinical efficacy of acupoint strapping for chronic stable angina after4weeks treatment.Results:1.The results of acupoint strapping for stable angina based on data mining(1)43acupoints were used243times,Xinshu,Danzhong,Neiguan,Jueyinshu were used mostly.(2) On compatibility,Danzhong->Xinshu was the most frequently used,and then were Neiguan->Xinshu,Neiguan->Danzhong.(3) Special acupoints were the main components in point prescription, especially Back-Shu Points and Front-Mu Points. On compatibility.shu-mu points used most often.(4) Associated analysis of acupoints subdivision suggest that the acupoints on the breast,abdomen and back were used frequently.(5)11meridians were used in the treatment of angina.and the Taiyang Bladder Meridian of Foot was the meridian used frequently, then were the Ren Channel.the Jueyin Pericardium Meridian of hand.2.The clinical evaluation of acupoint strapping for stable angina(1) Attack frequency of angina pectoris and the degree of pains for Group A were all significantly reduced after the treatment(P<0.01),which compared with Group B was insignificantly different(P<0.05).(2) The difference between the two groups in the overall effects at the end of treatment was significantly(P<0.05).Conclusions:1The rule of acupoint strapping for stable angina based on data miningLocal points (points on the breast.abdomen and back) were used most frequently in the acupoint strapping for angina.which has the specificities of selecting acupoints on the involved meridian.Special acupoints were the main components in point prescription.especially Back-Shu Points and Front-Mu Points.On compatibility,shu-mu points used most often.2.The clinical evaluation of acupoint strapping for stable angina were effective.safe.simple operation and better than the placebo.It could reduce the attack frequency of angina and alleviate the pain significantly.Because of the trial is recruiting.the statistics results.which need the confirmation of following study.only show a trend of clinical evaluation for fewer samples.
