| Objective: On the basis of the data mining of symptoms and syndromes from diseases cause by haze,this paper studies the essential pathogenesis reflected by the syndromes,screens the prescriptions of the syndromes,and through the curative effect of the prescription to prove the reliability of the syndrome mining of the ancient doctors and modern studies on the understanding of haze.To provide a certain reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of haze.In order to prove the reliability of the mining method of TCM diagnostics "syndrome" ? "symptoms" and provide some ideas for the prevention and treatment of emerging diseases in the future.Methods: "Haze" was used as the key word in Chinese Medical Code and CNKI,and further retrieval was carried out according to the demand,and relevant documents were screened.The data of haze composition were obtained by the methods frequency analysis,cluster analysis and so on to find the symptoms and syndromes.Smoking method was used to simulate haze environment to make mode.The mice were treated with Qianjinweijing decoction(three groups),and aminophylline suspension(the positive control group).The mice were killed on the 30 th day after eyeball blood was taken.The white blood cell count,serum,alveolar lavage fluid,IL-6 and IL-8 TNF-?content in lung tissue homogenate,SIg-A content in alveolar lavage fluid and lung tissue homogenate,macrophage count and phagocytosis in alveolar lavage fluid were measured respectively.Count of dust cells and dust cells in lung and bronchial tissue sections.Results:Data mining:As a normal weather phenomenon,ancient haze has no obvious pathogenicity.If it is regarded as pathogenic and evil gas,the pathogenesis is cold and dampness,and it injures the lungs of human body,at the first time.Because of the complexity of components,modern haze has pathogenicity under the condition that the human body is lack of qi and haze content is too high,and its pathogenesis is different.However,"wet" and "poison" are generally accepted,which can injure manyorgans of human body,but the lung system is the first.Cough(20.9%)as its main disease,treatment on the choice of syndrome differentiation,the difference is great.On this basis,the group put forward haze as one of the "seven qi",and first put forward the treatment of haze by the method of anti-inflammatory rejection.Choose modified Qianjinweijing decoction intervention was conducted to verify the validity of previous literature findings.Acute toxicity:It is proved that Qianjinweijing decoction is safe and reliable.Pharmacodynamics: modified Qianjinweijing could significantly improve the changes of IL-6 and IL-8 TNF-? in peripheral blood leukocytes,serum,alveolar lavage fluid,lung tissue homogenate and SIg-A in alveolar lavage fluid caused by haze.Conclusions:1 Haze as a natural weather phenomenon,can be attributed to "seven gases",generally has no pathogenicity.Only after meeting the following three conditions,the haze formula has pathogenicity:carry with harmful gas;the content of PM2.5reaches a certain concentrationand;and the deficiency of healthy qi in human body could not resist external pathogens,it can be attributed to the "seven evils".2 The main symptoms of haze are "cough,asthma,and thick phlegm." Secondary symptoms may include "dry nose,dry mouth,dry pharynx,sore throat,chest tightness,palpitations,chest pain,depression".The basic syndrome type is: turbid poison aggregation,result in abnormal function of lung qi purging,and the basic pathogenesis is: abnormal function of lung qi purging,toxin-dampness aggregation.Therefore,its prescription-Qianjinweijing decoction was deduced.3 According to the principle of prescription,syndrome and effect,Qianjin Reed Stem decoction was used for intervention treatment,which proved that the prescription was safe and effective,and provided a certain reference for the clinical use of haze.4 TCM diagnostics "symptom","syndrome" mining method is feasible,to provide a new method in the diagnosis of emerging diseases. |
