Acupoints Analysis By Data Mining In Polycystic Ovary Syndrome And Its Related Symptom

Methods-Frequency analysis, clustering analysis, correlation analysis method and literature data analysis was used in this article.CNKI,WANFANG DATE,VIP,PUBMED etc. were used to retrieve the documents published under the topic "PCOS and acupuncture","acupuncture and androgen","acupuncture and hirsutism","acupuncture and acne ",and "acupuncture and menstrual disorder". Manual retrieved all references included in the documents to sort out the relevant points.By means of frequency analysis, the highly frequently acupoints were found out by their occurrence frequency,and the frequent threshold value was set at20.In order to identify the correlation between these highly frequently acupoitns, clustering alementine by SPSS Clementine11.1.Results-Finally,78references were accorded with the inclusion criteria. During them,32references were used as clinical trials and case serial studies.Correlation analysis result with Apriori shows that,5groups of acupoints were used hingly frequently for the treatment of PCOS according to support. With K-Means clustering analysis,20points were divided into five types. Statistic analysis method showed the cure rate of acupoint alone was48.09%,the cure rate of acupoint with herbs was52.27%and the cure rate of acupoint with western medicine was63.45%.There was a significant increased probability of cured in favor of the acupoint integrated treatment. The cure rate of the points was researched by a chi-square test.Conclusion-The existing literature material suggests that, during acupuncture treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome, sanyinjiao(SP6), guanyuan(CV4), zhongji(CV3), zigong(EX-CA1)were used the highest frequency.They’er the most close relations acupoints,and always used as the main point in clinical application at the same time. According to TCM theory summary, a majority of the acupoints of clustering1were used to tonify the kidney.Clustering3was used Invigorate the spleen and stomach. Clustering5was used remove liver the hot and humid. The points having the higher cure rate of the20points used in the treatment can be showed as:the points of acupoint alone were zhongji(CV3), shenshu(BL23), zusanli(ST36), pishu(BL20), ganshu(BL18), zhongwan(CV12), guilai(ST29), hegu(LI4), dahe(KI12); the points of acupoint with herbs were pishu(BL20) tianshu(ST25), zhongwan(CV12) and the points of acupoint with western medicine were sanyinjiao(SP6), guanyuan(CV4), zhongji(CV3),zigong(EX-CA1), shenshu(BL23), pishu(BL20). Using the treatment of acupuncture therapy, acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine therapy, acupuncture combined with western medicine treatment, the most commonly20points used by chi-square test found that in using the points and not in using the points have different cure rate. Among them,the points which has increased significantly of the cure rate of acupuncture treatment are zhongji(CV3), zigong(EX-CA1), shenshu(BL23), zusanli(ST36), pishu(BL20), ganshu(BL18), zhongwan(CV12),hegu(LI4), dahe(KI12). In acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine therapy,there have no point that have significantly increased cure rate. When acupuncture combined with western medicine treatment, the points which has increased significantly of the cure rate are guanyuan(CV4), zhongji(CV3),zigong(EX-CA1), shenshu(BL23), pishu(BL20).
