Objective: This study aims to investigate the distribution characteristics of medical constitution and syndromes and the correlation between the two,in order to promote the development of COPD by collecting TCM syndromes and physiques and general conditions in patients with acute exacerbations of COPD in Chengdu. In medical treatment,disease-difference-differentiation and effective combination can be used to perform preventive interventions based on different physiques to achieve the goal of prevention without disease and prevention of disease,so as to continuously improve the clinical effect of Chinese medicine for COPD patients. It can also provide evidence on dialectical basis, further guide the use of drugs, and provide new ideas and theoretical basis for the diagnosis and treatment of COPD in Chinese medicine.METHODS: Using epidemiological methods, reference was made to the establishment of diagnostic criteria for acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, the 2009 edition of Chinese Medicine Constitution Classification and Judgment, and the diagnosis and treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. The Guidelines(Revised in 2007)have established a unified general situation questionnaire and a TCM syndrome survey form. The study was conducted between Sichuan Hospital of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine Hospital in Chengdu,Sichuan Province from January 2016 to January 2017.Patients diagnosed as acute exacerbations of COPD at the time of treatment at the TCM Hospital and the Gengmaqiao Community Health Service Center. When the patient was admitted to the hospital with acute exacerbation of COPD,the patients with acute exacerbation of COPD who met the standard were investigated for TCM syndromes. After the patient entered the period of remission, the condition of the constitution was measured by the four diagnostic instruments.Under the guidance, fill out the general situation questionnaire. The data was collected and edited into EXCEL.The analysis was performed using IBM SPSS22.0 software to understand the distribution of acute exacerbation syndromes and physical fitness in patients with COPD in Chengdu, and the relationship between them and general conditions(gender, age, disease duration,etc.).According to the distribution of syndrome type, the patients with acute exacerbation of COPD in Chengdu were divided into two groups, namely the phlegm-heat lung and the non-phlegm-heat lung, and the correlation between the two syndromes and nine physical constitutions was discussed.Result: 1.In this study,a total of 198 patients with acute COPD in acute phase were collected in Chengdu, with an average age of 72.63±9.66 years;87 female patients and 111 male patients;the ratio of male to female patients was 14:11;the average body mass index was 23.10± 3.03;Occupations are mainly in agriculture, forestry, fishery, animal husbandry, and water conservancy;the educational level is highest in secondary schools and below;the proportion of smokers is 57.6%,non-smoking patients account for 42.4%;the average disease duration is 6.27±9.18 years;no complications Among 126 cases, most were uncomplicated.2.The distribution of TCM syndromes in patients with acute exacerbations of COPD in Chengdu area is: phlegm-heat,sputum-cold lung, blood stasis syndrome,chills,cold-blood lungs,lung-qi and yin deficiency, lung and spleen qi deficiency, lung Kidney qi deficiency.Among them,63 cases(31.83%)suffered from sputum fever,32 cases(16.16%)of dampness and dampness,29 cases(14.65)of blood stasis syndrome,21 cases(10.61%)of external cold drink,18 cases of cold wind beam(9.09).%),lung and kidney yin and yin deficiency in 13 cases(6.57%),lung and spleen qi deficiency in 12 cases(6.06),lung and kidney qi deficiency in 10 cases(5.05%).3.Because of the main syndrome type of the defecation-heating lung-diagnosis group,63 cases(31.82%)were classified into the defecation-heat-sputting lung group and 135 cases(68.18%)of the non-insane-heat-pyrexia lung group. The distribution of patients with acute exacerbation of COPD in Chengdu area had no statistically significant difference in the distribution of the sputum-heating sputum lung group and the non-insane heat sputum lung disease group.5.The physical distribution of COPD patients in Chengdu area was 45 cases(22.7%)of phlegm and dampness> 37 cases of qi deficiency(18.7%)> 30 cases of yang deficiency(15.2%)> 26 cases of damp heat(13.1%)> Blood glycogen was found in 24 patients(12.1%)> yin deficiency in 14 patients(7.1%)> peace in 13 patients(6.6%)> qi depression in 8 patients(4.0%)> isoquercitrin in 1 patient(0.5%).Among them,13 cases(6.6%)were poliomyelitis, and 185(93.4%)were biased. The proportions of phlegm dampness,qi deficiency and yang deficiency were the highest in biased masses, which were 45 cases(22.7%),37 cases(18.7%),and 30(15.2%).6.There was no statistically significant difference in the distribution of general and physical types of patients with acute exacerbations of COPD in Chengdu.7.There was a statistically significant difference in the symptoms of phlegm-heat and sputum-diagnosis in patients with acute exacerbations of COPD in Chengdu. In the phlegm-heat sputum lung group, the distribution of moist heat mass 18(28.6%),phlegm dampness mass 16(25.4%),and blood sputum mass mass 8(12.7%)was the most common, with the most obvious damp heat mass;Qi deficiency(33.4%),diarrhea(29.5%),and yang deficiency(20.0%)were mostly distributed,of which qi deficiency was the most obvious. Conclusion: 1.The phlegm-heat and sputum-staining lung syndrome is an important syndrome in the acute exacerbation of COPD in Chengdu.2.The physical status of patients with COPD in Chengdu is mainly composed of biased constitutions,of which the most common are phlegm and dampness,qi deficiency and yang deficiency.3.In patients with acute exacerbations of COPD in Chengdu, the distribution of damp heat, phlegm, and blood stasis in the phlegm-heat and sputum lung group was the most common, and the most obvious was the hot and humid mass. The majority of yang and yang deficiency are distributed, and qi deficiency is the most obvious.
