Relative Research On The Patient's Different Constitution Of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Objective: To Investigate the constitutional patterns of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and study their characteristics of body constitution and discuss the relationship between the body constitution and the pathogenesis, for the sake of giving the evidence for the traditional Chinese medicine to give the precaution and the therapy to chronic obstructive pulmonary disease by modulating patient' s constitution. The purpose is to hinder the development and the aggravation of the disease and reduce the times of the sudden outbreak of the disease, making the patients maintain proper pulmonary functions, improve power of activities, enhance quality of life and prolong life expectancy.Methods: According to the body constitution theory of traditional Chinese medicine, choose two or three hospitals to investigated the patient. 151 cases of chronic obstructive pneumonia are investigated, including the items of age, sex, constitution type etc. The cases are divided into different constitution types according to the established criterion.
