The Clinical Research Of Regulating T-AOC And MDA In Preventing And Treating Diabetic Macroangiopathy With Early Applying Of Qi-tonifying,Spleen-invigorating And Blood-activating Therapy Based On "the Prevention Theory" In TCM

Objective: The clinical research of treat the type 2 diabetes patients by supplement on the basis of ginseng-astragalus compound prescription using the therapy of qi-tonifying,spleen-invigorating and blood-activating.To verify its effect of blocking metabolic memory in preventing and treating of diabetic macroangiopathy by observing the improvement of patients' symptoms,quality of life,the blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin,blood lipid and the oxidative stress index.Methods: 46 diabetic patients were divided into experimental group and control group stochastically.The diet and exercise treatment was used to all patients as a basic treatment.Experimental group using the TCM decoction of supplemented ginseng-astragalus compound prescription in the principal of qi-tonifying,spleen-invigorating and blood-activating therapy of 3 times one day and every 150 ml one time for 12 weeks at the same time,while control group using the metformin hydrochloride tablets on the base of the diet and exercise treatment.The patients' symptoms,signs,quality of life,blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin,blood lipid and oxidative stress index were observed and the comprehensive efficacies were evaluated before and after the research.Results: There was a 45 percent of marked effective rate and a 95 percent of total effective rate in the experimental group.While the marked effective rate was 20% and the total effective rate was 65% in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Both of the two groups of patients' symptoms,quality of life has improved,and there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).The leveles of blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin and blood lipid of the two groups of patients are all reduced,but the difference between the two groups were not significant(P>0.05).The level of T-AOC has improved,and the MDA has reduced in both two groups,and there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Experimental group improved the symptoms,signs,quality of life and oxidative stress indexes more significantly rather than the control group.Conclusions: Supplemented ginseng-astragalus compound prescription improved the symptoms and signs,the quality of life of the spleen-deficiency patients with type 2 diabetes significantly,and reduce the patients' fasting and postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels,adjust blood lipid,significantly reduce the MDA content and improve the level of T-AOC in serum.Supplemented ginseng-astragalus compound prescription can inhibit the oxidative stress reaction,thus to block the metabolic memory in preventing and treating of diabetes and its vascular complications.
