Analysis Of TCM Syndrome Of Acute Exacerbation Of Functional Constipationcomplicated By Elder Frailty

Objective: By analyzing the case data of functional constipation(FC)combined with senile debilitating theory,the characteristics of TCM syndrome types were summarized,the risk factors affecting the disease were analyzed,and the relationship between the risk factors of the disease and the FRAIL decline assessment scale was analyzed.Methods: In this study,we use retrospective clinical case data statistics to set the statistical table of FC with TCM syndrome of elder frailty.100 clinical cases of FC with TCM syndrome of elder frailty are collected by researchers strictly following diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria,and exclusion criteria.The differentiation conclusion of cardinal symptom,secondary symptoms combined with theories is drawn by filtering the national materials of four diagnostic methods.Results:1.Age and gender: most patients fall between 60-80 years old.The proportion of female patients is much higher than that of male.2.History of respiratory system: history between 1-5 years takes the proportion of67.96%,which is a high rate.3.The four diagnostic methods of TCM: the top 10 symptoms are atony,dry stool,pale tongue,intolerance of cold,bloated abdomen,white coating tongue,thin pulse,insomnia,irritability,thin coating tongue,which is based on the frequency of the clinical cases.4.Patients who got 3 in FRAIL TFS have taken the biggest proportion of 77.67% in80 cases out of the research.5.The results of Logistic regression analysis: FRAIL scores are significantly correlated with age(P<0.01).6.FC with the TCM syndrome of elder frailty differentiation results show that the TCM syndrome is mainly divided into 6 types.Conclusion:1.In this study,according to the contribution rate of common factor from high to low,the classification of TCM syndromes is mainly 6.: Yang deficiency constipation(spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome),Yin deficiency constipation(liver and kidney yin deficiency yang hyperactivity syndrome),heatstasis constipation(stomach heat Yang deficiency syndrome),Qi stasis constipation(Qi stasis in liver and stomach syndrome),Qi deficiency constipation(Qi deficiency in spleen and stomach syndrome),blood deficiency constipation(syndrome of blood deficiency and irritable bowel).2.Age is the influence factor of FC combined with senile decay;because age is the influence factor of aging,the aging of old age has a certain influence on the incidence of FC.
