Objective:Study mode of combining disease and CM syndrome characteristics of functional constipation, reveals the distribution of functional constipation TCM syndrome; to explore functional constipation CM climate severity and quantify the diagnostic criteria specification syndromes quantitative research. Methods:Diagnosis of functional constipation using the "combination of disease and syndrome ’mode, functional gastrointestinal diseases (FGIDS)-Rome III Functional constipation (C3) for the "disease" of diagnostic criteria,"syndrome" the diagnosis standard reference2011China in medicineInstitute of pharmaceutical Administration stomach diseases Branch of chronic constipation TCM clinics consensus and countries slow transit constipation TCM clinical path treatment programs. First of all, to borrow the symptoms of functional constipation the Severity scale (CCS Scale) on TCM syndrome severity assessment; Secondly, on the basis of preliminary research topic, combined with functional constipation syndrome diagnosis standards symptom clusters, establish permit designate four diagnostic investigation scale. The symptoms of the syndrome can be graded into none, mild, moderate, severe4. The grading from symptoms of frequency, duration, nature, extent and with the outside world to stimulate relations, comprehensive quantified. The symptoms by secret0record1minute, mild, moderate2points, the severe three points. Tongue and pulse to appear or not appear, respectively, and0,1points. Collected300cases of patients with functional constipation post-disease clinic sequential method for the study, according to the first diagnosis and treatment and prescriptions combined with referral to clinical response in patients to further determine the type of assessment syndromes assess the efficacy of the drug in patients as the final dialectical classification. Serious clinical investigation data input SPSS17.0software, creating databases, calculated TCM climate CCS average integral, integral groups were compared (P<0.05for the difference was statistically significant) to determine functional constipation TCM climate degrees. The symptom clusters check against designate stepwise discriminant analysis using discriminant analysis, screening distinguish syndromes has contributed significantly to the variable. Linear discriminant function, establish functional constipation TCM syndrome screening variables. One by one backward substitution method and jackknife, the back substitution discrimination, and the establishment of the consistency of the discriminant function test. Function model is established, according to the diagnostic criteria collected80cases, into the function model, discriminant function model of stability. Results:Functional constipation TCM syndrome distribution:spleen-kidney-yang deficiency, accounting for more than half, and was followed by the liver-spleen disharmony, lung and spleen deficiency, liver and kidney yin deficiency, Intestines and stomach heating.Functional constipation syndrome score the order of the spleen-kidney-yang deficiency> Liver and kidney yin deficiency/lung and spleen deficiency> liver-spleen disharmony> Intestines and stomach heating. Created syndromes quantitative diagnosis model, data back substitution discrimination, one by one backward substitution method and jackknife sentenced rate consistent rate were96.6%,95.3%.Conclusion:Functional constipation TCM syndrome severity and disease severity of symptoms related quantitative assessment can reflect the traditional Chinese medicine theory to syndromes severity recognize the objectivity; established TCM syndromes in good agreement with the discriminant function with clinical diagnosis can improve the functionalthe constipation medicine diagnosis objectivity and accuracy.
