The Study On The Medication Rule Using The Method Of Invigorating The Kidney And Promoting Blood Circulation To Treat Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective : In order to find out the medication rule,I analyzed the data of the prescription of invigorating the kidney and promoting blood circulation that can help to treat Diabetic Nephropathy using the platform of the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance assistance system.Methods: Putting the prescription of invigorating the kidney and promoting blood circulation treating the Diabetic Nephropathy that was included in the Chinese journal full text database(cnki,vip.com and wanfang)into the software of "traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform management system(V2.5)".Using the frequency statistics method analyze the frequency of the emergence of traditional Chinese medicine and the frequency of tropism of taste.For getting relevant medicine suits,core prescriptions and new prescriptions,as well as exploring the combined regulation of the prescription of invigorating kidney and promoting blood circulation in the treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy,I tried amount of Data mining methods,such as the method of association rule analysis integrated by software,improved mutual information method,complex system entropy clustering and unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering,etc.Result: 1.This study collected 269 prescriptions of invigorating the kidney and promoting blood circulation for treating Diabetic Nephropathy that are all meet criterion.Apart from that,it had the designed medicine 160 kinds,among which there are 19 kinds of medicine having the frequency more than 50 times.The first six types are the root of Astragalus membranaceus(254)and salvia miltiorrhiza(220),yam(175),cornel(168),poria cocos(131)and rhizoma chuanxiong(124).2.According to the statistics of four properties,the percentage of the medicine of warming in property occupy the first place,accounting for 37.85%,followed by the mild drugs at 29.12%and the medicine in cold property occupying 28.22%.According to the statistics of five flavors,the sweetish taste rank the first place(41.46%),the next is bitterness taking up 25.67%,followed by the the percentage of pungent that is 16.21%.On the basis of the regression statistics,the highest frequency of using is liver meridian occupying 22.93%,followed by the percentage of kidney channel(18.33%).The spleen channel rank the third place at 16.97%.3.At the same time,10 kinds of new prescriptions and 20 kinds of core combination are got by the entropy level of unsupervised clustering algorithm.Conclusions: 1."kidney deficiency and blood stasis" is the main pathogenesis of Diabetic Nephropathy.The method of invigorating the kidney and promoting blood circulation is the first choice for treating it.2.The usage of drugs need to mix three kinds of property of medicine(warm,mild,cold).Among that,the sweet taste plays a important role as well as giving consideration to the bitter discharge and xin powder.Not only that the number of drugs working on the liver meridian rank had the largest figure,followed by medicines acting on the kidney meridian and spleen meridian.3.Commonly used traditional Chinese medicine and drugs owning closely used frequency basically come from liuwei dihuang pill and siwu soup.4.Pay attention to the care of spleen and kidney in the formula law,reflecting the idea of "corresponding between congenital and acquired";Attaching importance to the adjustment of Yin and Yang to achieve the co-regulation of qi and blood;Attaching importance to the five internal organs,reflecting the holism concept;Attaching importance to support the healthy and dispelling evil,and strive to achieve the benign condition of "upper security,middle peace and lower chang";Pay attention to the rise and fall of qi,and to realize the neutralization of viscera.
