Objective To explore the effect of different drugs in treating phlebitis caused by fat milk,and to provide the theoretical basis for the best nursing plan for the treatment of phlebitis at all levels.Methods Choiced 240 Patients from 4 hospitals who with Phlebitis caused by intravenous high fat supportduring 2016 July to 2017 July.All patients with scienti fic classification of phlebitis were used to evaluate the degree of venous injury before intervention and to determine the grade of phlebitis in patients according to the 2011 version of phlebitis evaluation standard of the Americain vein Nursing Association.The Patients were randomly divided into group of Hirudoi d(group A 84 cases),Hydrocolloid Dressing group(group B,80 cases)and 50% Magnesium Sulfategroup(C group 76 cases).Before intervention,the self-de signed venous indwelling needle patient's intravenous infusion checklist and the mini nutrition assessment scale MNA were used to evaluate the general situation and nutritional status of phlebitis patients in each group,and there was no difference between the groups.After intervention,the therapeutic effect of diffe rent drugs on phlebitis at all levels,the pain situation after 24 hours,the time of skin redness and swelling,the recovery time of venous elasticity and the time of pain and pain subsided were observed for 7 days after the application of the nursing observation table of phlebitis and the index chart of the patient's pain.After 7days of intervention,ultrasonic B-ultrasound was used observe the recovery of patients' damaged veins and to record the healing time of phle bitis.The effects of different drugs on the treatment of phlebitis at all levels,the effect of pain relief,the effect of redness and swelling,and the recovery of venous elasticity were evaluated.Statistical analysis was performed by SPSS 20.0 statistical software.The data were measured by mean and stand-red deviat ion(x±s).Analysis of variance between groups using variance analysis,Chi square test was used for comparison between groups of counting data.The val ue is 0.05 as the test level,the P value is both bilateral,and the difference of P<0.05 has statistical significance.Results 1.In the treatment of grade ? phlebitis,the total effective rate of Hirudoid was 93.75%,the total effective rate of Hydrocolloid excipient was 85%,and the total effective rate of 50% Magnesium Sulfate was 57.14%,(c2=10.064,P<0.01),with statistical difference.The results of chi square test found that H-irudoid for grade ? phlebitis was better than 50% Magnesium Sulfate.There was no significant difference between Hirudoid and Hydrocolloid Dressing in the treatment of grade ? phlebitis.In the treatment of grade ? phlebitis,the total effective rate of Hirudoid was 88.89%,the total effective rate of hydrocolloid excipients was 86.67%,and the total effective rate of 50%Magnesium Sulfate was 76.92%,(c2=14.522,P=0.006),with statistical difference.Hirudoid and Hydrocolloid Dressing had no significant difference in the treatment of grade ? phlebitis.The effect of Hydrocolloid Dressing and Hirudoid on grade ? phlebitis was better than that of 50% Magnesium Sulfate.In the treatment of grade ?phlebitis,the total effective rate of Hirudoid was78.13%,the total effective rate of hydrocolloid excipients was 86.67%,and the total effective-rate of 50% Magnesium Sulfate was 50%,which was statistical different.Hydrocolloid Dressing is better than Hirudoid and 50% Magnesium Sulfate in the treatment of grade ?phlebitis.Hirudoid is better than 50% Magnesium Sulfate in the treatment of grade ?phlebitis.2.Chi square test showed that there was no significant difference between three drugs in relieving pain after 24 hours in patients with grade ? phlebitis(c2=7.279,P=0.122).There was a significant difference in relieving pain in patients with grade ? phlebitis for 24 hours(c2=16.698,P=0.033).The effect of Hirudoid and Hydrocolloid Dressing on 24 hour pain in patients with grade ? phlebitis had no difference,and the effect of Hydrocolloid Dressing and Hi-rudoid on 24 hour pain in patients with grade ? phlebitis was better than50%Magnesium Sulfate,and the effect of 24 hour pain in patients with grade ?phlebitis was significantly different.The effect of Hydrocolloid Dressing on 24 hours pain in patients with grade ?phlebitis was better than that of Hirudoid and 50% Magnesium Sulfate,and 24 hours of pain in patients with grade ?phlebitis was better than 50% Magnesium Sulfate.3.T test found that in the treatment of grade ? phlebitis,there was no difference between Hirudoid and Hydrocolloid Dressing in the time of redness and swelling,the time of pain regression,and the time of venous resilience.Hirudoid and Hydrocolloid Dressing were better than 50% Magnesium Sulfatei-n relieving redness and swelling,relieving pain and restoring venous elasticity.In the treatment of grade ? phlebitis,Hirudoid and Hydrocolloid Dressing had no difference in the time of swelling and regression,pain extinction and the recovery time of venous elasticity.Hirudoid and Hydrocolloid Dressing were better than 50% Magnesium Sulfate.During the treatment of grade ?phlebitis,the effect of relieving pain,and the effect of venous resilience were better than Hirudoid and 50% Magnesium Sulfate.Hirudoid is effective in relieving redness and swelling,relieving pain and restoring venous elasticity better than 50% Magnesium Sulfate.4.The cure time of grade ? phlebitis was no difference between Hirudoidgroup and hydrocolloid dressing group(t=1.144,P=0.130),and the effect of Hydrocolloid Dressing was better than50% Magnesium Sulfate(t=8.747,P<0.01),and the effect of Hirudoid was better than 50% Magnesium Sulfate(t=8.106,P<0.01).The cure time of grade ? phlebitis was no difference between Hirud-oid and Hydrocolloid Dressing(t=1.159,P=0.125),and the effect of Hydrocolloid excipients was better than 50% Magnesium(t=13.642,P<0.05),the effect of Hirudoid was better than 50% Magnesium(t=16.322,P<0.01).The curative time of grade ?phlebitis was better than Hirudoid(t=6.647,P<0.05),and the effect of Hydrocolloid Dressing was better than 50% Magnesium,the effect of Hirudoid was better than 50% Magnesium).Conclusion: 1.Hirudoid is effective in treating grade ? and grade ? phlebitis caused by fat emulsion.2.Hydrocolloid Dressing is the best treatment for patients with grade ?phlebitis caused by fat emulsion.3.Hirudoid can effectively relieve the pain of patients with grade ? and grade ? phlebitis caused by fat emulsion.4.Hydrocolloid Dressing is effective in the treatment of patients with grade ?phlebitis caused by fat emulsion.
