Study On The Application Of Colloid Dressing In The Nursing Of Neonatal Enterostomy

Purpose:The overall objectives of this study is to observe effect of hydrocolloid dressings on neonatal intestinal colostomy,in order to reduce the complications and promote neonatal growth,compare effect of hydrocolloid dressings(used or not used)and come to conclusions.Methods:In the certain neonatal inpatients will be grouped according to the order of hospitalization:the control group(n=40)from October 2015 to June 2016 and test group(n=40)from June 2016 to October 2016.The control group take the nursing with gauze within5 days,after 5 days later with pockets of nursing method.Patients immediately after surgery with appropriate size hydrocolloid dressings,protect the skin,then we put gauze and ostomy bag on the dressings.Then evaluation was made on the fifth,the tenth,the fifteenth and the twentieth day after the operation.Evaluation main content includes pericolostomy dermatitis incidence,the incidence of stoma bleeding,skin and mucous membrane separation,stoma edema,necrosis,prolapse,stenosis and retraction,also includes body weight of two groups.The enumeration data was compared with the ?2test and measurement data was compared with rank-sum test using SPSS 19.0 software.Significance was indicated by P< 0.05,the difference is statistically significant.Results:There were 40 child patients in two groups and there was no Statistical diff-e rences ingender,constituent ratio of preterm and term,causes of disease,surgeon,colostomy parts,preoperative weight(P>0.05).On the fifthday,the tenth day,the fifteenth day,the rate of the complication on dermatitis,edema,bleeding,stenosis and retraction in experi mental group was lower than those in control-group(P<0.005).In the separation of skin mucous membrane,prolapse,necrosis and all the complications on twentieth day were no obvious difference(P>0.005).On the fifth day,the tenth day,the fifteenth day,the tw entieth day after operation,the weight in the experimental group were higher than in c ontrol group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Result of using the water gel dressing in colostomy is better than the traditional nursing methods,the complication rate is low,which is good for the growth and development of children.
