To Observ The Clinical Curative Effe Ct Of Dunhuang Ancient Prescription "Zhihoubifang" Combined Of Western Medicine On Oral Mucous Membra Ne Disease In Old Age

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Dun Huang ancient prescription“Zhihoubifang” combined with conventional western medicine on oral colossal diseases in old age.Methods:A prospective randomized controlled clinical study was conducted,a total of 102 cases were screened and collected,including 34 cases of recurrent oral ulcer,34 cases of Candice,and 34 cases of oral Mich.The patients with recurrent oral ulcer,candida stoma and oral lichen were divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 17 cases in each group according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with traditional western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with Dun Huang ancient prescription “Shijiazhuang”combined with western medicine.The changes of mean ulceration stage,pain index,oral fungal conversion rate,oral colossal morphological change grade and other indicators were compared and analyzed,and the conclusions were obtained.Results:After 7 days of treatment,the effective rate was 88.24% in the treatment group of recurrent oral ulcer and 70.59% in the control group,and the efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The average ulcer stage in the treatment group was shortened(P<0.05),and the pain index was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After 7 days of treatment,the effective rate of the Candida Mozambican treatment group was 88.24%,and the efficacy was better than that of the control group,58.82%(P<0.05),among which the treatment group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).14 days after treatment,the oral cavity compressed moss treatment group effective rate was 88.24%,the control effectiveness58.82%,treatment group curative effect is also better than the control group(P < 0.05),treatment group colossal morphology change rating score and pain index is lower than the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of Dun Huang ancient prescription“Zhihoubifang” combined with conventional western medicine oncommon oral colossal diseases in old age is obviously better than that of simple western medicine,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
