Objective: To investigate the epidemiological characteristics of air transmission pollen allergen of the common allergic diseases in the Inner Mongolia air force training unit.Methods: by cluster sampling and random scheme,fill in the current clinical epidemiology questionnaire and questionnaire of disease,detection of allergens of soldiers suffering from allergic diseases,including the detection of skin prick test and serum specific IgE,data entry,statistical analysis by SPSS 22 software.Results: The overall sample of 5 units,a total of 956 people,950 males,6 females,mean age 25.65±5.41 years,completed the allergic disease prevalence rate was 47.07%,450 cases,including chronic urticaria,allergic rhinitis,allergic asthma,allergic conjunctivitis,which accounted for 39.23% of AR,AC accounted for 19.25% CU AA,accounting for 16.63%,accounting for 15.79%;450 cases of dust allergic disease predisposing causes in the total positive rate was 36.67%(165 cases),the total positive rate of haocao was 38%(171 cases),the total positive rate of stimulation of 21.33% spices(96 cases),the total positive rate was 21.22%(91 in the cold air in other cases,pollen)the total positive rate was 12.89%(58 cases);the positive rate of the dust diseases were CU 47.17%,AR 37.60%,AA 40.40%,AC 42.39%,the positive rate of wormwood were CU 39.62%,AR 41.87%,AA 47.68%,AC 254 in 48.37%;For military prick allergen detection showed that inhaled allergens,the total positive rate was 61.02%(155 cases),mugwort(120 cases,47.24%),chrysanthemum(91 cases,35.83%),dandelion(74 cases,29.13%)is the most common;the results of allergen specific serum IgE detection showed that 213 soldiers and civilians.In order to inhaled allergens,including Artemisia(122 cases,57.28%),a combination of dust mites(house dust mites / dust mites)(55 cases,25.82%)and Humulus(45 cases,21.13%)is the most common allergens.The positive rate of pollen allergen was high in the 21-30 age group(P<0.05),and was high in the 6-15 years of military age(P<0.05).Conclusion: The Inner Mongolia Air Force stationed in theater airborne pollen allergen to mugwort,chrysanthemum,dandelion,dust mites and combination of Humulus scandens,induced allergy and age,the age of the soldiers,education,nationality,encamping,duty,smoking,marriage,sleep habits,sleep quality,sleep time is closely related to.We should pay attention to the rational prevention and control of the local allergic diseases of the local army and the people.
