Investigation And Analysis Of Allergens Of Patients In LaiWu Area

Objective:Detect allergens of patients who has allergic disease in Laiwu with Western blotting technology. Screen common allergen in this area. And provide the basis for prevention and desensitization therapy to these patients.Methods:Study on allergens in serum of 2562 patients who has allergic skin disease in Laiwu area with European Western blot allergen detection technology. Date was processed by SPSS 17 software.Results:Allergens almost lie in all of allergic crowd. Approximately 58.64% patients were found allergens. The age and sex of patients and the kind of disease may affect the positive rate. The disease of the highest positive rate is urticaria. The most common allergy is house dust. The age group of the highest positive rate is the age among 60 to 87. And the male to female incidence ratio is 0.96:1.Conclusion: 1. Allergens in different areas are different.2. The kind of allergic disease, the age and sex of patients may affect the detection of allergens.3. The disease of the highest positive rate is urticaria. The most common allergy is house dust.4. Targeted desensitization Treatment protocols to allergic patients should be given according to out findings to obtain better preventive and curative effect.
