Analysis Of Mental Health Status And Influence Factors Of Adolescent Opiate Drug Addicts

As the phenomenon that teenagers depend on opiate drug gradually spread,the dependence on opiate drug makes teenagers have kinds of psychological problems.In order to study the main reasons for the psychological problems,this paper,through studying the relationship of teenager codeine – containing cough syrups dependency patients' refusing sensitivity,coping styles,parents' upbringing ways and mental health,adopts the method of questionnaire survey to find out the metal health status of teenager cough water dependency patients and understand the causes of its formation,so as to accordingly improving from the aspect of their parents' upbringing ways,pay more attention to cough water dependency patients,accordingly improve their mentality,and make them healthily develop on psychology.With the methods of descriptive statistics,exploratory factor analysis,confirmatory factor analysis,difference analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis,path analysis,etc,the following conclusion is obtained:1.The difference between the addiction group and control group of cough syrup: the re are Pnificant differences between addiction group and control group in authoritarian,in dulgent,the degree of anxiety to refusing,negative reaction namely bad parental rearing styles,negative coping style and negative rejection sensitivity.Besides,the average score of addiction group was Pnificantly higher than that of the control group.There occurs the same condition in the positive aspects of rejection sensitivity,the acceptance degree of the acceptance,positive coping style in reaction style and mental health that the mean scores of control group were Pnificantly higher than the addiction group.2.The characteristics of demographic difference of cough syrup addicts in the four scales.There was a Pnificant difference in the mean score of sex in the spoiling type,of which,the mean score of female was higher than that of male.The mean score of the only child in the trust-encouragement type,spoiling type and positive coping type was higher than that of non-only child.In the negative coping style,the mean score of non-only child was higher than that of the only child.The mean score of non-left-behind children in the trust-encouragement type,the expected degree of acceptance,positive coping and mental health was Pnificantly higher than that of the left-behind children.The mean score of urban population in the emotional warmth type,spoiling type and mental health was higher than that of rural population.In the negative coping type,the mean score of rural population was higher than that of urban population.There was no Pnificant difference in the mean score of professional disciplines in all dimensions.3.The relationship between mental health,rejection sensitivity,coping style and parenting style.There was a Pnificant positive correlation between mental health and positive coping and a Pnificant negative correlation between mental health and negative coping.There was a Pnificant positive correlation between mental health and the expected degree of acceptance and a Pnificant negative correlation between mental health and the degree of anxiety towards rejection.There was a Pnificant negative correlation between mental health and autocratic type,spoiling type and neglecting type.The results of regression analysis showed that the autocratic type and spoiling type had a Pnificant negative effect on mental health,the expected degree of acceptance had a Pnificant positive impact on mental health,the positive coping style could have a Pnificant positive impact on mental health and the negative coping style could have a Pnificant negative impact on mental health.The impact of parenting style,coping style and other dimensions of rejection sensitivity on mental health was not Pnificant.4.The mediating effect of rejection sensitivity and coping style in parenting style and mental health.Through the path analysis,it can be seen that rejection sensitivity and coping style has a mediating effect in parenting style and mental health,and parenting style could have a Pnificant effect on mental health and could affect mental health through the mediating effect of rejection sensitivity and coping style.
