Objective To systematically review and determine reference value of flaccid and erect penile size measurements of Chinese healthy men.Method From Pubmed,Ovid Medline database,Cochrane Library,CNKI and Wanfang databases since their establishment until February 2017,a crosssectional search for the penile length was performed and supplemented by other retrieval methods. Then the related data were selected, evaluated, and extracted, and analysis was conducted with SPSS 17.0 and STATA 11.0.Results A total of 12 studies were evaluated where 15699 adults were included.Nomograms for flaccid pendulous [n = 15699,mean(SD): 7.84(1.47)cm] and flaccid circumference [n = 14939,mean(SD): 8.94(0.90)cm];erect length [n = 3477,mean(SD): 12.20(1.86)cm] and erect circumference [n = 2717,mean(SD): 10.60(1.10)cm].No heterogeneity was found among included studies. These results of meta-analysis were of better stability by sensitivity analysis. Conclusions Penis size reference may be useful in clinical and therapeutic settings to counsel men and for academic research. Objective To establish a 3D atlas of penis of patient with klinefelter syndrome using 3.0T MRI images.Method This study selected a klinefelter syndrome patient with small penis as subjects. The participant was conducted on magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)examination.Afterwards, the results of MRl were imported into 3D reconstruction software(MIMICS 10.0),and a 3D atlas of penis was reconstructed. Results The penis and its related tissues can be quite clearly displayed in the thin-section MRI images. We can reconstruct the three-dimensional structures through MIMICS 10.0,and then precisely describe the penis' s start—stop point, the angle with cavernous body of penis and the auxiliary. Conclusion It is feasible to establish 3D model of the penis of human penis with the MRI imaging, providing imaging basis for further study.
